“your online system is sub par. I should be able to pull up a list and pick multiple items at the same time. As it stands, I had to keep returning from my shopping cart and picking one item at a time. The shipment was timely though and everything was there and had been carefully packed so there was not breakage. I could not found white zinfandel when I was shopping.”

“You were able to provide my favorite wine, which is no longer sold in my state. The case included free shipping and arrived in a couple of days, as fast as the special order I used to place with a local liquor store. And I didn't have to carry it into my house, as UPS did that!”

“Orders always arrive quick with great selections. However, this time we ordered a bottle to be sent to our Rabbi and his family. No card was enclosed as requested in the order forms. Therefore they did not know it was from us.”

“I decided to order a case of 12 Kosher for Passover wines, and I'm very happy that I made that choice! I ordered that sweet/semi-sweet case which contained 12 different bottles of wines. It arrived in several days and was very well packed. All of the wines that we had at our seder were delicious, and I must say that the cost per bottle was much lower that purchasing bottles individually at a store! My only disappointment was that one bottle was a Cabernet, and way too dry for my taste. I would prefer another Moscato instead of this dryer semi sweet.”

“We ordered three bottles of wine for Passover Seder to be delivered to our hosts. The wines arrived promptly at the time expected and were quite good. However, The THANK YOU NOTE that we had written online thanking our hosts and identifying US as the sender WAS NOT INCLUDED. BIG FLAW. We so wanted our hosts to know before hand how much we appreciated being invited. And because kosherwines forgot our note, they could not fully appreciate our gift. I really don't know if I'll order from you again. you've probably lost a customer.”

“My order was fulfilled and delivered on time for Pesach. The selection of good wine is appreciated. The new packaging may be a cost saver for the supplier. However, I prefer the horizontal placement of wine bottles which reduces the size of the overall box. Great service.”

“What can I say, you snooze you lose. I initially requested information in regard to the Chosen Cabernet Sauv Reserve and was given a price. I needed to confirm from a friend that this was the specific wine. I did not order at that moment but ordered the next day that cost me a few more $$s. Doesn't matter, the people are friendly and knowledgeable , shipped in plenty of time. Great wine. Ladyquail”
