“We live kosher wine.com; however, on this order we ordered an assortment of sweet wines but received some dry wines instead of all sweet wines. We will try them and maybe like them but hoping next time this won't happen.”

“Again not delivered. The UPS site says no such address. That is simply wrong. UPS delivered two other packages today. If the wine ends up not being delivered and is returned to you, I do not want it. This is the second and will be the last time that delivery is a problem. IF THE WINE IS RETURNED TO YOU BY UPS, PLEASE ISSUE A CREDIT TO MY MASTERCARD. THANK YOU.”

“Wine came quickly. I was concerned that wine would not arrive in good condition. It was packed well, and every arrived on time. Easy to order, and the price was about what I would have paid locally.”

“My order was complete, but in the post-July 4th back up, it took about 5 business days just to ship. The carrier, UPS, told us it was going to deliver between 2 and 4 pm, and we, of course, needed to sign for the package. My wife was home at 1:30PM, but they never showed up. Nor was a UPS slip ever left on the door. I checked my email and the driver noted he "tried" to deliver at 1:09PM. Since your warehouse now ships in 15 bottle cases for multiple case orders, I believe the driver just didn't want to carry the cases up our stairs, so just never stopped, didn't leave a slip, and just past us by. I made arrangements to go pick up the wine myself that evening on a 90°F day. At 7pm, I picked up the wine, and drove home. Opened the cases and the bottles were very warm to the touch. I hope they were not ruined: mostly rosés and whites, and some reds. UPS is horrible. This is not the first time they have done this. You need to find a better carrier, and stop shipping in such heavy boxes.”

“You took my order, you gave me a tracking number. I used that number to discover that my order was delivered to someone in upstate NY. I contacted your office & was told that my order had been damaged and that you would re-send my full order (that was all done today, so of course I am still waiting to see the order). I will tell you what I think once I get the order (I as of now don't have a tracking number for this re-issue order).”

“The selection and price are good but the company can do more to educate first time buyers on the rules of alcohol delivery (you need an adult available during the day to sign for the package) and what to do when things don't work (i.e. there is no adult and a solution with UPS needs to be figured out). Getting the package delivered to work or to have it re-routed to a UPS access point may work. In the end KW made it right and got me my package.”

“Placed an order 2 weeks ago, never received a tracking number, spoke with a representative last Tuesday who said it was in transit. I asked for a tracking number & the response was well I'll have to get back with you on that because I don't have access to it. The next day I finally got a tracking number but I've never been able to get it to work. I tried emailing the rep again & never got a response & my tracking number still will not work. At this point as a first time buyer from this company I'd never recommend them. I personally would like to get my money back at this point.”
