“I ordered sneakers for my son and shirt for my son. Everything was great except we were missing a pair of sneakers and the shirt. They sent us a woman’s size 12 sandals and a purse instead. I called them and they were quick to correct it. They told me to donate the sandals and the purse. They also said they could only refund me as the shirt and shoes that were missing were not in stock. A couple days goes by and we got the missing pair of shoes and the shirt we wanted with a personal note saying they were able to track down the shoes and the shirt and sent them to us with no additional charges or shipping costs. This was excellent customer service and I will be shopping with them again soon!! Very impressed!!”

She is friendly , entertaining, shows interest in her clients is always trying to make sure that the customer receives actually what they came in for. “I bought 3 shirts on a Saturday in the coastland mall JCPenney store.
I took all the receipts and labels in the garbage.
A week later I found that the 2 shirts are to big for me.
Then i packed the shirts and contact the customer service at the JCPenny store , the Supervisor Brain, spend a lot of time to find my shopping receipt in the system, and get my money back..
This was a great customer service he did. Thanks a lot t Brian and the team of JCPenney..

“I had the opportunity to shop at Penny's Monday, 7 August . The Penny's is located in the Provo Towne Centre in Provo , Utah .
My wife and I were shopping for some nice clothes for her . After we finished selecting our choices , we went to the cashier checkout . Upon totaling up our purchase , I presented my card to the clerk . The card would not accept the full amount of the payment . The clerk Eric , calmly retotaled the items again . Same problem . I told Eric that the card should be OK. He politely said why not use another card for the balance . We tried that and the computer rejected the card and the computer locked up . Eric smiled a said he would try a different cash register . That computer locked up also . Perplexed, we left the store without our selections . We stopped by the bank to check out the card . I had used the wrong card . We went back to Penny's to try to retry with a correct card . Eric was on his break so another clerk listened to my story and helped me recover the clothes from the return rack after she called Eric in the break room . Eric came back before his break was over and helped us complete our purchase . Eric apologized for our difficulties even though they were my fault . Eric turned a negative situation into a positive experience . Penny's needs to hire more Eric's.”

She knew how to handle the children and exactly the poses that we were asking for she was prepared to answer our questions and I think we bought all the pictures that we were offered they were so good! So I thank you I don't know who the photographers is or what her name was but she was very gentle and kind and sweet and did the best pictures we have ever made there!”
