I recently purchased the ring at JCPenney‘s at Alamo Ranch. I was informed that the ring was a 10 karat gold ring. I figured that it was for the price that I paid for it then I had the girls size my ring because it was too small and I didn’t get it back for another two months I say When getting it back, I read on the receipt that it was cubic zirconia silver no gold in it I was upset about that because I think I paid too much money for something that’s just over almost $400 when they had a regular price of 1200 which is way over the price even $400 is overly price for a silver ring And they did everything in the power not to give me my money back. Told me that because I had it size, they cannot give me a refund so I was left upset.
I never receive my package. It said it was delivered but it wasn't , now no one can. Not even jcpenny or carrier. My question is, who can help me ? I order those item on Oct. 17th said it was delivered on
nov. 17. I was charge?
Why does your store. In canton center mall have ONE fitting room over in housewares so if you are buying a bra from intimates you have to walk the farthest place away AND no signs where to take returns only to be told after standing in line that they do not do returns at register …… worst customer service ever at this store will never return
I received the order of 3 dresses that were ordered on July 4th. There was NO invoice in the package and every item was the wrong size-3 different ones to be exact. All dresses were ordered in size 12. (not 10, not large, not extra large.)
Without packing slip, I'm unsure how to exchange these.
All need to be exchanged/ returned. Possibly a
copy of the invoice sent to me and/or email stating the order's contents. I do not in any way know how the order received was so wrong.
