I wish I had of read some of these reviews before ordering. It’s been 1 month now and still my order has not arrived. They keep ignoring me when I ask for a refund as I’m sure I’m never getting the items I paid for. Customer service is disgusting. I have wasted my money and time so don’t make the same mistake! They are thieves!

The staff are unhelpful and frankly don’t care. They took money out of my bank for a second order I didn’t authorise which I then had to practically beg for them to give me it back! My order then arrived after 2 weeks, both boxes bashed, trainers covered in marks and scuffs and 1 item didn’t arrive. I’ve complained and asked for a call numerous times but I’m just being ignored.

This is the first and last time I order from JDsports, my experiences unfortunately haven’t been great. After receiving a faulty item, I contacted customer services. The item could not be exchanged, however I could send the faulty item to them and they would refund me the price of the item. As I do not have a printer they gave me the option to return via a QR code. Despite the fact that they told me they would refund the return charges, customer services did not want to refund after I sent them the receipt of the return. It was difficult to communicate with customer services and they don’t seem to understand what I mean. Also, I have spoken to different people regarding the issue and every new customer service member did not seem to have read the history/past emails of the enquiry. Will not be ordering again, the whole process of ordering and returning is too difficult.

If I could do no star i would Says 5-7 days for delivery here it is 2 weeks later and still no products have arrived

Order turned up with most of it missing. Have no printer/iPad so can’t complete form customer services sent to me and can’t go anywhere to print it due to Covid. Customer services say they can’t help me without the form. Shocking. Not supporting their customers during Covid.

I opened the parcel to find the wrong item had been sent to me. I immediately contacted JD sports , was told to return the items to a store or post back to their depo in the UK (I’m living in the rep of Ireland) as it was during the covid pandemic they could not tell me what stores were open. The purpose of ordering online was to avoid shops in the first instance. I posted the incorrect item back and requested the item that I initially ordered to be sent to me. I was told I would be compensated for the inconvenience and the postage to return the incorrect item. When they received the item they just refunded the value of it to my card. I emailed them and got no reply

Placed an order about 2 weeks ago and never receive an update about my products. The tracking number is false. No tracking is detected by skynet. I dont know what to say, just really disappointed with JD Sport. I really think that my money just burn like that XD

Absolute joke! No updates on order There online chat is a load of balls never any agents available to chat with. Ridiculous service! Quick enough to take your money but have you waiting weeks, still waiting fs

I purchased footwear from this website two weeks ago and to my grave disappointment still have not received the product that I paid for. I have relentlessly tried contacting the company on numerous occasions but to no avail and I have been ignored time and time again. The sheer and utter disappointment of not receiving my order for the date specified, which was intended to be a birthday present is one thing but the absolute ignorance and lack of respect directed towards my order and my queries shows the lack of customer service and moral by JD Sports. I do not usually write reviews like this but I feel I must voice my disappointment and frustration and would highly advise any potential customers not to purchase from this website.

Still waiting for dispatch after 16 days quick enough to take £330. Won’t let me cancel my order as they say they are quick at picking orders😂😂😂. At this point all I want is a refund but can’t get that until I return my order which I’m still waiting to be dispatched (sorry to mention it again but still waiting).

l made order by mistake, couldn't cancel it l email just few minutes,but few mins l had email that my order was dispatched, but sent email that email been mounted,yet they sent email all time,l will pay £5 extra for them send out,plus over 2 weeks for me get order or over another 3weeks before so 5 week he wait if not more to get my payment back,everything is closed you cart or email because of the coronavirus, yet the take orders,money and send couriers, and may take up to 3 week for delivery,then l have hassel take un open box to post office or couriers, were the,justice in this,l sent lots email then they send that it been mounted, not even one star wasting time money for customers dispatcher and couriers,they have to work,even if there is coronavirus mrs B

I understand that these times are not normal due to the corona virus, but the total lack of response from JD sports depsite taking my money without any issues, tried lots of times to deal with their online help Betty, who is not help whatsoever. I will not be ordering from JD sports again.

I had a really poor experience at the jd store at St Andrews Birmingham. They had a North Face jacket on sale at £100 but when i went to pay they wouldn't sell it to me saying it was too cheap, started giving me a lecture about trading standards, ripped off the sales tags to get rid if the proof and told me if i had a problem phone customer services. It was really bad on their part because all the tags on the item showed sale price and it was on a reduced rack but they kept saying no. I dont think I'll go to JD again and buyer beware the prices they advertise are misleading and untrue, she said they can change their mind because the law says they have 7 days to do so! I will go to trading standards about this. Rubbish attitude of the Assistant Manager Niamh at this store, how did she get the job?
