I ordered a tshirt on line and in 1 day had 3 emails telling me it was being packed it was being dispatched it was on its way...brilliant service.

I placed an order nearly 5 weeks ago with pre order items, which were due 3 weeks ago nothing came status says in warehouse and hasn't change from day one. after me having to chase i was told items where back logged but they gave me a date of the items being release that was a week ago. after me chasing again with emails still no change and no one can tell me when i might receive my order. So now i am thinking of cancelling my order as i am best part of £200 out of pocket with nothing to show after a total of 5 weeks. What a waste of time!

ordered aus size 10 on aus website,got english size9. emailed aus depot and was told by george yes our mistake return for a refund.we will email you to let know you have refund. one month later phoned to say i have heard nothing. victoria said she would send me a confirm email three days later, not a word. my bank statement says i have been refunded minus the postage this whole sorry transaction has cost me $25 with nothing to show for it. amazon is coming and your going to lose

JDsports will take your money and won't ship you the products! i purchased two shoes during Black Friday, order was confirmed. No news on when it was going to ship. So I reached out to them and they told me my order was cancelled but wouldn't refund me my money

I ordered boxing boots for boxing class and competition. These boots are great for lateral movements, and are super light! They make me feel very nimble. They don't have a lot of ankle support but that is what I was expecting. These are the sock like boots that support your feet and help you get good grip but yet let you slide around and pivot. I was unsure about the slightly pointed toe but they feel really good especially when getting on the balls of your feet. Had to speak with customer service on the phone and they were prompt to respond and friendly.

Waited all day for scheduled delivery. At 10PM I got a notice delivery is on hold in Manchester...I live in Belgium. Never JD sports again

I ordered an item online with promise of 4-14 days for delivery. Enquired after 14 days and was told they could find nothing wrong and it would be delivered shortly. After 28 days I enquired again and was informed the delivery failed and I would not be receiving my item. No reasons given for their failure.

Manchester Arndale store customer service was absolutely shocking, left sat there for 15-20mins waiting for trainers to come while 3 staff stood chatting, then ended up going to member of staff myself to get my trainers from him and explained how long I’d been waiting for him to just cough and tell me follow him to the till point where I queued for yet another 10mins, didn’t receive one apology for how long I had waited, work in retail myself and wouldn’t dream of treating a customer in this way.

Llandudno retail park store, black friday weekend, staff were very unhelpful and rude. No welcome or thankyou or goodbye after purchase, staff leaning over counter with back to me when trying to pay, had to ask for changing rooms to be opened and felt they were laughing at me.

Just leaving store in white rose wont entering any of your stores again after waiting 3o mins and speaking to numerous staff for a pair of trainers for my son not a happy lad now staff disorderley not getting my busi ess again ever.

Apparently when ordering from JD Sports online, your order is packed, stamped and shipped, the very second your finger presses the send button. This is great if your oder is correct, however if you've made any sort of human error, you're unable to change the order in any way. Wrong color, no change. Wrong quantity, no change. Wrong size, no change. You live outside of the country...sorry sir, we shipped your order within 5 minutes of you submitting it. Your order is apparently shipped the very second you click send. If you live in close proximity to the store, exchanging an item is no problem, I suppose. For everyone else, BIG problem. Unlike the blinding speed at which JD Sports is able to pack and ship orders, you will have to follow the steps provided by the company to exchange your items. That sounds like a fun day, doesn't it. So, if you live far away from fastest company in the universe, click send at your own peril. Me personally, I will never order from this company again. They chose not to update a mistake I made in the ordering process, so I will be seeking a full refund versus a simple correction to the shoe size. There's an old business saying... if a customer ask for an extra pickle with their order, rather than losing that customer for life, "just give them the damn pickle".

I purchased some running leggings on line priced at £32. When they arrived there was a label inside the polythene wrapping stating £30. I believe they should have honoured the price noted and refunded the difference, as many High St stores would have done. It was probably old stock. Emailed to complain, but got nowhere with a guy named Zayn. Copied email to CEO but got no reply. Would not use JD Sports again.
