“I Ordered a pair of kids size 6 Dr Martins school shoes on line including next day delivery to save me having to drive to the city the following day and so made other plans knowing they'd arrive ready for start school in 2 days time. The following day instead of receiving the shoes as expected I instead had a phone call from Jelly Egg informing they that their stocks were indeed wrong and they did not have the shoes in the size I ordered. The result meant I had to rush out and find & buy a pair on a day I had planned doing something else and also now a week later the amount I paid is still pending on my bank account despite assurances from Jelly Egg that the order is cancelled. My 1st and last dealings with this company as stock management is key to any on line provider.”

It was indeed our stock error which we apologize for, the payment was never taken by us, that's why it shows as pending with your card company, this should delete itself periodically, many thanks
