“I kept one pair of flip flops bathed to return the other two as the front cross straps were too high and tight! It would be good if the returns were free as I will have to think of buying from elsewhere,”

“Just the job as light and compact to fit in your handbag. Not used it to carry a lot of weight so not sure of what it would cope with. Just handy for clothes shopping etc as I use the bigger recyclable bags at the supermarkets.”

“I was disappointed with the sizing. The wellies I bought were described as a roomy fit but they were far from it and would barely fit my daughter's legs. So, I sent them back. The refund was processed very quickly and the initial delivery was quick too...great customer service.”

“I phoned to check that I was about to order the correct size. Crocs seem to have various sizes which differ depending on the country of origin. My feet are size 12 with a distinct preference for the continental size 47. Usually Crocs size 12 are OK but, on this occasion, I think that they were continental size 46. I have not sent them back because I believe that they will settle on wearing and could not face the procedure. However. I think that this is always going to be an issue because of the differing countries of origin.”

“No complaints with Jellyegg - service very good but my Crocs - _Cleo - croslite t-strap - which I expected to be EXACTLY the same as a pair i bought a month or two ago are NOT the same - the strap is tighter and the part order the arch of my foot is different enough to make them uncomfortable and give me a blister.”

“The light up crocs are great. however one of the butterflies on one of the crocs does not work. My daughter loves them so much there is no way I could extract them from her feet to send back.”
