“I explained to the customer service w.r.t. The sizing of the croc we had before,I.e. C13. But when it arrived the sizing was tight for size 1. So now we have to pay for the return. Not impressed.”

“No problems with this retailer. In fact good comms (over a bank holiday weekend) when my order "failed to turn up" (only for me to find that the parcel had been well hidden by Royal Mail with no clues as to location). Nothing to do with the retailer... top notch!”
