“Recently ordered some new shoes & flip flops. I had a phone call to say the flip flops I'd ordered were out of stock & would I like to choose a different colour. Nice, friendly lady on the other end of the phone. Both arrived within 2 days of me ordering. Unfortunately the shoes were a little tight so sent them back with no problems. I was promptly refunded. Really pleased with my flip flops, shame its rained ever since. Great service all round.”

“Very easy to use website - no fuss - especially for us non-techie folk! Very quick delivery time - amazed at how quickly the crocs arrived! Love visiting store in Narberth when in Pembrokeshire, but great that this access to store is online all year round. Love Jelly Egg!”
