“I ordered two pairs of shoes at lunchtime on Friday, one pair from Jelly Egg and one pair from Rubyshoesday. Both where in stock. Both were Art Company shoes. Both were free postage. The Rubyshoesday pair arrived at 10 am Saturday morning. Jelly Egg didn't even dispatch the shoes I'd ordered from them until Monday evening. They didn't arrive until Wednesday. Very disappointing. To be fair to Jelly Egg they stated postage was 2-4 days, and it was within this time frame, but so did Rubyshoesday and they got them to me within 24 hours. I'll stick with Rubyshoesday day from now on.”
