“Excellent service. Recently ordered croc flip flops, fast delivery but one was faulty. Emailed customer services who replied straight away and sent new pair out same day and a post paid bag for the faulty ones. Would definitely recommend and buy again from Jelly Egg.”

“Jelly Egg have been a pleasure to shop with every time I've used their website and this time has been no exception. My flip-flops were well-priced and part of a big range to choose from. Using their website is so easy and I was able to pick a delivery method that suited me and my bank balance. The delivery was quick and the packaging was secure and sensible. “I bought some Crocs online. Sadly they weren't quite what I was after (buying shoes online is always going to be hit or miss) but luckily I live close enough that I was able to pop into the Jelly Egg store where they were more than happy to let me exchange my shoes for a different style. Unfortunately, due to going in the shop I have now seen about 5 other pairs of shoes that I really really want to buy! Looks like my birthday and Christmas list has filled up for the next year or 2. Thanks Jelly Egg!”

“My order was delivered very rapidly, but unfortunately not the right size - it was a gift. I returned the item on Thursday and was delighted to receive the replacement on Monday just before the recipient left my home for her own. Thank you all very much indeed.”
