“I love my flip flops, although I did receive the wrong ones. I ordered grey with two tone straps, but I got grey ones, but no two tone straps. I decided nothing to do about it, as I like these too. The time between ordering and delivery s really short and I didn't have to wait long”

“Competitive pricing, quick delivery. Decided to return shoes because I didn't like them, received a refund for the shoes within a week. Seem efficient but I'd be more likely to use this company again if they paid return postage costs.”

“Unfortunately, the shoes were delivered to the next door neighbour, despite the fact that there is always someone at home. Fortunately, the neighbour passed the goods on to me. Sandals are great, just as shown on website. Courier could do with some reading lessons.”

“I have used Jelly Egg for years and will continue to do so as they are reliable , quick to deliver and have the odd offer which helps a bit with the cost of Crocs etc . If I had to find fault it would be that the shoes aren't separated and often get scratched in transit which is upsetting given the price of the product . Normal Crocs are not a problem but the dearer leather topped ones (yukons etc) look bad when scratched on the top and it is disappointing to receive them this way . Sort this out Jelly Egg and it will all be good !”

Sorry for any disappointment, we do offer free delivery on footwear in the UK, we are a small company so unfortunately we cannot offer free returns as well, but we take your feedback on board
