“Very difficult to leave feedback when goods have not arrived! The ordering was fine, very easy. Unfortunately no goods yet! I need these by Tuesday so I am keeping everything crossed. They were meant to have been dispatched on Friday”

“Ordered for my grandson who is living in Saudi at moment. They can't get stuff easily and he loves Disney Cars. Prompt delivery and website easy to use. Recommend Jelly Egg. Shoes are now on there way to their final destination.”

“Received the Kids BlitzenII 11 clogs this morning 13th Dec. I ordered them 4pm on the 10th so excellent service. Free delivery was a real plus as well as the free Christmas shoe charm. They are for our 3yr old grandson for Christmas so cannot comment on the product yet. We are sure he will just love them.”

“VERY FAST delivery, and despite being a problem with the stock of one item, I had a very good and fast customer service. As the product was discontinued I got a refund. The only thing I would say needs improved is that Jelly egg told me there was a web site mistake the product appeared available" , but after you spotted it and refunded me, the item still showed available on your web site... Thanks anyway, overall I am VERY SATISFIED with the product and the service....will purchase again from you.”

“The website is poorly set up. Setting up an account is quick but it didnt ask you to set a password at the same time. had to then ask it to send me a reminder...poor. Also on the order summary it doesnt give you an estimated date for delivery : - (”

“This is my 2nd pair of croc boots and they haven't disappointed. Very sturdy and roomy. Nice and soft inside and comfortable to wear all day. I'm usually size 6 but ordered size 7 and they fit perfectly.”
