“Order arrived when expected. It was faulty. I contacted JellyEgg and informed them. Replacement product with postage paid wrapping to return faulty product arrived the next day! Amazing service. :-)”

“I have always brought my Crocs from Jellyegg. Very efficient staff and the delivery is great. I have about 12 pairs of Crocs all from Jellyegg and always will. Never a problem with them if you have a query it is always sorted out for you. Fantastic company.”

“The flip flops I ordered were delivered within two days. The web site was very user friendly. Although the purchased item had to be returned (great flip flops but too large) the process was very simple and straight forward. I will certainly use Jelly Egg again in the future.”

“I would just like to comment on your service as I shopped at the Crocs UK website before you and they were hopeless! The crocs I ordered were the wrong size I ordered and I'm still waiting for a refund! Fuming! But regards to you, you have always been brilliant and I'm not just saying that, I have ordered from you several times before a few years ago and you have always been stop on, so guess where I'll be coming you again!!
