“I enquired about a Merino Wool Thermal Hat Slouchy Buff, but also wanted the matching Neckwarmer which they did not stock. However they offered to order it for me and within 3 days I had received both items - fantastic customer service & Sarah who deals with customer enquiries is extremely helpful and efficient.”

“good range of products and very quick delivery. Would be 5stars BUT no free returns and as my return was a pair of Muck Boots Welly Boots they weighed in at a hefty 2-5kg price range and medium parcel size for Royal mail who wanted to charge £13.75 - cheapest price!!!!!!! This was for a medium parcel 2nd class no frills. Used Collect Plus in the end (cheapest I could find at £6.95). I bought a replacement pair of Muck Boots wellies from Jelly Egg for the ones I returned but still had to pay return postage. I don't think this is acceptable at all.”

“I have used Jelly Egg a few times, and always found their ordering process very easy. This time was no exception, although this time I had to return the shoes I ordered, as they weren't right for me. The returns process was also straightforward, and my refund was paid into my account within a couple of days.”
