“Competitive pricing, quick delivery. Decided to return shoes because I didn't like them, received a refund for the shoes within a week. Seem efficient but I'd be more likely to use this company again if they paid return postage costs.”

“Much smaller than I expected but maybe I should have read into it a bit more, rather than making an assumption from the pictures of it! A present for 3yr old, not given yet so not sure what she is going to think about it. Feels nice and appears to be well made.”

“My own fault for not reading your returns policy but when buying shoes for children you quite often need to try several sizes/styles, so the returns costs I've just paid are ridiculous. I appreciate you might not offer free returns but why can't you offer an option such as a fixed fee using Collect +. I will no longer use Jelly Egg but use Crocs direct or other such websites.”

“Unfortunately, the shoes were delivered to the next door neighbour, despite the fact that there is always someone at home. Fortunately, the neighbour passed the goods on to me. Sandals are great, just as shown on website. Courier could do with some reading lessons.”
