“My wife placed an order and was really looking forward to the Croc Sandals arriving but this never happened. No card through the door, so I contacted Jelly Egg and was advised that it should have been delivered and I need to check around the property or with a neighbor, in my experience if it was getting delivered by Royal Mail they always leave a card. I then contacted Jelly Egg again and was advised that it was the Royal Mail who were at fault, they had no stock left to send another pair, so it was either the money back to select a different product. I would of thought that Jelly Egg would of,at the very least, contacted Royal Mail to find out where the package was and if there was anyway it could be located and delivered. This is the first time my wife has used Jelly Egg I am not sure she will be rushing to order anything else. Kind regards Mark Williams.”

Really annoying for you and for us, the free delivery is not track able unfortunately, many apologies that this happened, its very rare thankfully but we are sorry that your experience was not a good one, hopefully you will try us again in the future

“Free delivery is appealing. Arrived within time stated. Ordered kids Crocs, size 8-9 as my son is a size 9. They are the same size as his size 8 shoes so smaller than expected. Next size up is 10-11, sounds too big. That's the chance you take for ordering online.”
