My daughter was looking for a new car, we went to a few garages and ended up at Kia, James Mann was amazing, not pushy, so helpful and a huge difference to the previous garages. My daughter picked her car, James went through all of the options until they both found the perfect option.m for her. I was so impressed with James and the vehicle options I bought one too! 2 different models both from new both from James! Amazing service!

Same high standard I have come to expect,Just had the car serviced and it's clean ready to go. The service package keeps it painless. From Kathryn on the service desk, to Mr Solisby my technician and all involved the efforts to keep things easy and smooth are appreciated and the professionalism reassuring,thank you

I've just had the annual service carried out on my stonic, fantastic service, the staff collected my car from my work address, and returned it back.

Drove home my Kia Stonic today and it was amazing Many thanks to James Mann who made the whole process effortless! Nothing was too much bother and I would definitely recommend Kia Stockton to friends and family. I will definitely be back.

Took my car in for a service and recieved a courtesy car. Was told will be called when car is done. Got a phone call at 16.45 saying the car was ready. Considering the showroom closes at 17.30 and i live in Hartlepool i dont think this is enough time. Explained on the phone i wouldnt get there and i was at work the next morning and need to get 2 kids to school. Woman on phone daid the car had to be back in the morning and there was no one to collect it. Had to get my kids up extremely early,traffic was horrendous and when i got there they said i couldnt pay the 12 pound later over the phone adding more time . Both the kids and i where late for school and work. Receptionists are miserable and have no customer service skills whatsoever. Not once did i hear a sorry. Everything that was used during the service to unlock things was not put back and there was a bottle of screenwash left in car. Is that for me to put in?!

The service staff on the phone were very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The driver who came to collect my car to take to the garage was very polite and friendly. I was able to have a virtual tour of the service and the service manager explained everything that required carrying out with video to show me what he was talking about and enquiring if I wanted the work required to be carried out. The Service Staff then came back on the phone to make sure I was happy with what they had explained and verifying that I wanted the work carrying out and leading me through the payment procedure, which I thought was very reasonable. The finally it was delivered back to me very quickly after completion by the same driver that had picked it up. They had also washed and valeted it as well. Excellent Service Thank You.

Just traded my car for the xceed 3. James Mann was fantastic and made the whole process so easy and hassle free. He got me a really good deal for it and I had the car a week later. Thank you.

We would like to say Thank You to Matt Abson who was so helpful and informative on the purchase of our Stonic. He advised us where necessary and he kept his word when he said he would telephone us which doesn't always happen nowadays.

Bought Kia ceed in April. Had problems with salesman never returning calls. Felt like I was not a valued customer. Found cigarette burns on carpet. Was told to bring car in. On the day car was booked in salesman was not at work and know one seemed to know anything about it. I was given a manager's car. The carpet repairs were done but not very well as the burns are visible again. The car is due a service on October so I will have only had the car 5 months and it needs servicing. Not what I expect from a main dealer. Since I purchased the car I have never had one follow up call from either the salesman or the dealership. Having worked in the motor trade for 20 years I find it unacceptable that no one has contacted me to see if everything is all right with the car.

I’ve just recently had my KIA Sportage in for its annual MOT & service and it is always a pleasure. The pleasant greeting from the ladies on reception, the conversation with Matt in the service department on my requirements and the quality/pricing of spares - it is just a very, very enjoyable experience. Oh, and the greeting from James in sales is such a nice, personal touch. And a special mention for Emma for the follow up call. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough.

I don't usually post reviews, but buying a car on line from James at Stockton Kia - was so easy. Every query answered quickly in a friendly manner. James organised the delivery to my home - even happy to finalise the car transport on his day off! I have no hesitation in recommending a visit to Stockton Kia in person or on-line for a very reliable service.

I have just bought my 2nd car from Kia Stockton. I have had great service from them on each occasion. The sales team of Laurence and James were very courteous and helpful. The Franchise Manager Steven takes a personal interest in all aspects of customer care which goes a long way in how the customer is treated. The service team led by Carl are responsive and Mathew was very helpful. I will be going back to this dealership for my future vehicle purchase. I would also recommend the Kia brand. These vehicles are built well and offer features at a reasonable price. The 7 year warranty is a great bonus and shows that the brand has confidence in their products.

I picked up my Kia Rio today, my second car from here with James. He helped me choose the car before lockdown I gave him my budget and size car and he chose the best car for me. We then went into lockdown but he was more than happy to keep me updated, nothing was too much trouble. When i picked my car up he had car mats in ready to go which was needed in this weather!. Chris helped me with my financial documents and was very helpful through emails and calls keeping me updated! Both have been outstanding throughout, nothing was any bother and they kept me up to date, thank-you for your hard work and getting me a lovely car! I would recommend a Kia car and getting your car from here, perfect cars and very good customer service.

Just picked up my KIA Picanto. I'm over the moon with it!! πŸ‘πŸ˜„I want to say a special thank you to Matthew for his excellent helpful, patient, courteous customer service in these difficult times. I want to thank Maz for his lovely sales focused customer service. It's my first KIA and I'm so looking forward to.driving it. Thanks to all at KIA. πŸ‘πŸ˜„

I came in on Saturday to look at changing my vehicle, was helped by chris and maz and new vehicle prepped and taken home on Wednesday, very happy with service received from sales, followed up with a telephone call to check I was happy, this is my 3rd kia and will be back again, excellent service recommend to all

We have just bought our 3rd Kia from Kia Stockton and James mann in sale has dealt with us each time. He is great at his job and we love the service this garage provides...roof rack fitring..servicing...purchasing new cars..Chris the sales manager looks after you very well. We will happily return here every 3 years for a new Kia.
