purchased a b max car from the south shields branch, found staff very friendly and had everything explained in full, at no time did we feel any pressure to buy, would recommend .Mr and Mrs Nelson.

as always i got first class service a jennings harley always a friendly welcome Grant and his team always go out of there way to help and also to Scott for his help doing the deal and staying back late with Grant waiting for the finance to go through , as always i will be back again ! many thanks jimmy mccoll

Being a motability customer I was dealt with Paul Pellegrino who is very understanding and explained every thing clearly answered my questions clearly kept me informed all though the whole process and when picked my new Ford kuga up went though every thing with me. This was the time I had used Jennings and it was most enlightening I will definitely be using them in future, great to do business with a company who care.

One star us very generous for the sham of an operation Kia run. The customer service is absolutely diabolical and I would NEVER use them again if they only car manufacturers, I would rather ride a bike.

Ian Torbet was our sales guy and assisted us all the way from ordering the right van for us to picking them up. He let us get after market alarms fitted before we picked the vans up and even linked our phones up when we did pick them up Great service thank you Jennings

Collected a car 1st September. The service I received from start to finish was 1 st class. Gethin Williams from South Shields I feel went the extra mile and the little niggles I had were solved by him. If I bought another car in the future I’d definitely see what they had on offer first. A*****

Drove away with a chip on the windscreen. Took 3 weeks to be booked in only to be told it wasn’t booked on the system for the windscreen. Usual Salesman patter but the Customer Service at the front desk handling the situation was superb. Just the usual salesman patter that puts you off

We’ve dealt with Jennings since the eighties and have always received excellent service. Our last six cars have been purchased from them and the after sales service has been great. The lads on the service desk are always friendly and efficient and Marcus has looked after us when we bought the last two or three cars.

Having purchased a Kia Ceed from Kia Jennings in Preston Farm, Stockton, I was extremely impressed with the friendly professional manner of Lawrence who dealt with my purchase, paperwork and the collection date of my vehicle. From my experience with Lawrence and the team I would certainly recommend Kia Jennings to friends and family.

very reasonable to deal with, not pushy and very helpful.The service manager was sympathetic about our problems and did his best to satisfy our needs. The sales dep't were easy to deal with.Again not pushy.All in all a satisfactory experience.

The buying and trade-in all went very well and the Stonic is all that we .expected.Unfortunately our after Sales experience was marred by our being £327 out of pocket until such time as it takes for someone at Kia Finance to give us a refund for an installment taken for the car that we had already traded in. As this self same problem occurred the previous time we changed our car we rang Jennings to try to prevent a recurrence.Sadly they appear to not value our custom enough to oblige.The previous refund took 3 weeks,we trust that this one will be quicker.

After a disappointing start to negotiations with the internet salesman, which is well documented, my experience with the Jennings team was excellent. The efficient & courteous service from your salesman, Chris Todd, provided throughout was appreciated, and was instrumental in a "quick turnaround", my having travelled from n.Wales to Sunderland in my old car, and being anxious to start the journey back home without undue delay in the new vehicle. I would also re-iterate my thanks to all concerned for their co-operation in returning my "Blue Disabled Badge" which I had unfortunately left in my former vehicle. Had it not been for the uncertain start to my dealings with Jennings, I would have happily given a 5 (Very Good) Rating

Just purchased a used car from Jennings at South Shields. I found the staff extremely helpful, and very knowledgable, and I would not hesitate in recommending this company to friends & family. When I picked my car up, the salesman went through the dashboard with me, explaining where things were, & what extras were on. I also found the used cars were good value for money, I'm very happy with my purchase.
