My wife and I travelled from Essex , to part exchange our vehicle. It was well worth the journey and overnight stay, we received a warm welcome on arrival, everything went to plan, no hassle at all. We were pleased with the part exchange deal, the documentation, finance etc. etc. all well organised. Special mention for both Paul Robinson and Colin Hutton who both looked after us very well and made us feel valued customers. My wife and I both agreed that the experience at Jennings far exceeded our previous experiences in our locality "down south". We are delighted with our Ford Focus purchase and look forward to future business with Jennings.

After an initial delay in managing to speak to someone the rest of all the dealings with the team was very good indeed, would happily go back to them to discuss my next vehicle.

Bought Ford Focus hub caps and checked number plate and spoke to advisor who told me that they should fit and they don't. £60 down and difficult to return. I shouldn't be encumbered with return and subsequent charges for a clear mistake on their behalf

JMG is a new organisation to me but I left feeling I had been a customer for many years. I ordered a trim to protect the rear bumper of my new Kia Sportage. The trim arrived promptly but had regrettably received minor damage due to a slight bend that had created a buckle in the leading edge. I had a delivery note with this item that gave me the name of the person responsible for packaging who I promptly contacted by phone. At that time he was engaged on another call so I explained my issue and this person said I would receive a call back soon. Some 30 minutes later my original contact called me back apologising for the problem and informing me that he had set in motion a replacement component which was delivered the following day. In my opinion you cannot better that response and the positive approach to customer service. Congratulations to the people involved and to Jennings Motor Group who should I require Kia part in the future will receive my business. Barrie Armstrong.

IT IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE PURCHASED A CAR FROM JENNINGS, AND I WAS VERY IMPRESSED FROM THE SERVICE I RECEIVED. THE SALES MAN WAS EXCELLENT AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY FIRST CAR, I WOULD DEFINITELY BUY FROM JENNINGS AGAIN.

I would rate Jennings a 5* experience. I saw that they would offer a trade in price online. I was concerned at first as I had heard about the terrible experiences of friends with the 'WE BUY ANY CAR' company who offer one price but when you get there the offer is much lower. So when I travelled to Jennings Washington, I was thrilled to find that their online offer was exactly whet they gave me. On top of that, their trade in offer was way higher than my local Kia dealership & I received other discounts on body care & help with road tax. I met Richard White who was amazing, knowledgeable & friendly. There was no hard sell but great advice. I had a long test drive and was given lots of helpful tips on the great features of my car (Kia Sportage). The transaction was like clockwork and Richard helped me with special requirement such as transferring a cherished number plate and a change of tax class to disabled. The car was pre-delivery serviced and checked over to my complete satisfaction and it was ready for collection exactly when promised. I can really recommend Richard and Jennings without reservation. For me it was a 2 hour drive to them, but the savings massively outweighed the time to travel there. When my car eventually needs replacing I will definitely go back to them and I would recommend that you contact them before accepting an offer from a local dealer even if they are outside your area. I think that you will be pleasantly surprised and maybe like me, perhaps even amazed at the whole deal & buying process. Thank you so much Richard and Jennings Washington.

This was a brilliant experience. The salesperson Marcus was very professional and made the whole process very easy for us. He was very pleasant and was very experienced answered all our questions honestly and did give us advise on the fuel use etc. Overall we were very pleased with the service and recommended it to my daughter who has since been along to the showroom and purchased a new car. My daughter was also very pleased with the service.

Amazing car salesman (graham at the Stockton branch) and amazing customer service and mechanic team! Easy to deal with and sold me my dream car! Also amazing post sale, something unfortunately went wrong with the car and after contacting graham he arranged to have the car seen to and they repaired it straight away! Will defenatly be going back for my next car!!

I recently bought a second hand Ford Focus (2014 reg) from Jennings Stockton. I talked with Martin Jones from Jennings who was excellent. He listened to what I was looking for and showed me a range of options which suited my requirements. There was no pressure selling which I appreciated and I'm very happy with the car + 2-year Ford warranty which I ended up buying.
