I was very pleased with the customer service that my husband and I received on the purchase of the Kia Rio, all our questions were answered the sales personnel were very professional and pleasant to us throughout the matter, we will certainly come back to Jennings again when we are thinking of trading in this car for a newer model. I have been delighted with my experience with Jennings from the phonecall to see if they had a car I might like to the wonderful (not pushy in the least!) salesman who gave us excellent customer care till we drove off the forecourt! Ordering process was very smooth with a useful registration check to ensure that the ordered part is compatible with your vehicle. Good updates on order progress and quick despatch which was trackable through the couriers website. Very happy from start to finish and would recommend Jennings Motor Group without any reservations.

I submitted a query online and was answered within 15 minutes, resulting in a purchase of a Mazda 6 petrol engine saloon. Other companies were unable to help. Well done Jennings!!!! 5 star performance!

Thought I bought a great car - expected no problems. Exact opposite - not taxed when picking up car - had to wait. Battery warning light on - travelled from M'bro to Boldon! Called to report fault only to be told that I would have to take it to the nearest Mazda garage myself - no assistance from them. Took it to Gateshead Mazda Garage and they couldn't have been more helpful - fixed the problem, no hassle. Few days later discovered that I didn't have spare wheel or puncture kit in the car - been driving around like that for a week. Phoned M'bro only to be told there should be one - I pointed out what would i have done in an emergency, only to be told 'that was what breakdown cover was for'!! Eventually after standing my ground a puncture repair kit was delivered to me along with a car manual - which I never received. I love my little car, but not the customer service I received.

We were spending some time in Spain, and looking at purchasing a car in the UK. I saw the Peugeot 3008 on-line, had a look at the pictures and the description, and it seemed to be exactly what we were looking for. Now, I know you should never buy a car sight unseen, however we went ahead and put a deposit on the vehicle to keep it for us until we could actually view the vehicle when were were in the UK about a month later. On viewing, the car was exactly as described, drove well and was in good condition for a 5 year old car. Remainder of the money was transferred the same day, and we now owned the car. All of the paperwork (including road tax) was done for the day, and the car was ready to pick-up. The sales rep (Gary Lancaster) was very helpful, and dealt with us right from the initial transfer of deposit to secure the car, right through to actually delivering the car to our place in Slaley Hall. All in all, a first-class service.
