Our Sales guy Gethin was excellent, explained some of the many features on our new car and ensured we were completely satisfied We were a little apprehensive buying a car from a dealer over 200 miles away but the car was as exactly as described.

We purchased a new car from your Stadium of light branch. From start to collection of our car Chris Todd the kia manager was first class and put us at ease talking us though all the process nothing was to much bother and he kept in contact of everything. Also Chelsey she had just been there a short while but what a pleasure it was to talk to her hope she does well in her career. Will tell people of the service we received. Firstly I rang and spoke to Nicola to make an appointment for the following day to view a car a had seen online, Only to be told when I arrived at the garage the time we agreed the vehicle had been sold, I thought it would be company practise to contact the customer to avoid disappointment and give good customer service. I felt annoyed at this point but Gary the sales assistant turned my visit into a positive one by finding another vehicle of likeness which I then purchased. He was very helpful from start to finish and made me a happy customer.
