“Having dealt with various sales personnel over the last few years... On this occasion I dealt with Andy for the first time... He was indeed helpfull.. Listened to all I said.. And carried out my requests to the letter. Thanks for that Andy ! Much appreciated ! ! ( I know I'm not the best customer to deal with ! ) James as always.. From start to finish the buying experience surpassed what I envisioned - friendly, professional, always ready to pass on advice and answer questions, I could not have asked for more......... but there is more, the advice and back up is always there. “Having spent a considerable time looking for the right bike I came upon Jennings (Gateshead) by chance and there, for sale ,was the bike I had been looking for. However living on the Beds/Northants border I had reservations about buying unseen/physically inspected. My concerns were unfounded. Having spoken to staff member Scott a favourable deal was done and the bike arrived the following weekend by specialist courier as I had expected in gleaming top condition. To say I was pleased is an understatement. Any issues and questions re the bike were resolved at the time of sale and subsequent correspondence was answered very quickly. I was 100% satisfied with all aspects of the purchase of my bike from Jennings and would recommend the company to any prospective purchaser.”

I raised a few issues with the vehicle which were dealt with expeditiously and the service even went beyond my expectations, with the vehicle being prepared to an exceptional standard. “Been looking for a new car for a few months, saw a car on Jennings web site and emailed them ,had an immediate response. They took car off sale so I could look at it as I was on holiday. The salesman was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. We saw a couple of minor faults that he said he would get sorted before we picked the car up. When we went back to complete the deal the faults not done, the salesman looked genuinely shocked and apologized straight away and would not let us leave till he had sorted the faults. Jennings I would recommend as a fair company to use in my dealings with them.”

“We purchased our new Ford Ka+ from Jennings Motor Group at Cargo Fleet Lane Middlesbrough and picked it up on 1st September 2018. We were looked after by Sales Executive Stuart Thorpe. Stuart was one of the most helpful Sales People we have ever dealt with. He helped us tremendously with the purchase and he made everything so simple in organising finance and and every other aspect of the transaction. I would definitely give Stuart 5 stars. Thank you so much Stuart.”

“When we arrived we were given time to look around the cars before anyone appeared, the salesman walked past and asked us if we needed any help, he casually told us that if we wanted a closer look inside any of the cars to give him a shout and he would get us the keys- no hard sell. He brought us the keys for the 2 we asked about and again left us. When we had made up our minds we went in and spoke to him, he came out and went through the features of the car, he discussed the car we had chosen and the one we had considered, telling us about the features of each. We returned to the showroom, he gave us a price offer for our car, we compromised on prices quite quickly, we didn't get a load of sales patter (if we had we would have gone ) Called for the car a few days later same salesman there to show us the operation of the car- add the phones to the car memory etc, Lovely man not at all pushy and in our faces. Really pleased with south shields ford- didn't buy from scotswood ford because the salesman was in our faces before we had even reached the cars!”
