When I bought my vehicle I was told that it had eco stop start making it more efficient, this system has never worked and when I asked about it I was informed that the battery was not holding the correct charge. I left it with the garage who put it on charge over a 24 hour period but it still does not function at all, if a system is fitted I feel that it should operate correctly and this just does not happen. I have given up on it and now just look upon it as a gimmick which I cannot be bothered to report it any more.

The products were as described and priced very competitively. The packaging and delivery were also very good. If anyone requires Kia accessories I would recommend Jennings every time.

Excellent friendly service as usual nothing is a problem, Ian Torbet has always been our sales adviser and what ever vehicle we are looking to buy he will source it for us to date he has sold us six preregistered ford transits see you again in 2017 :)

when I called into Jennings at Stockton I was greeted by Martin Jones a sales assistant who treated me like royalty through out the sale, I could not have wanted better. The car I purchased is quite an upgrade from my old Fiesta, and having had the car for almost a month now I am still finding hidden extras like the factory built alarm that is installed the voice controlled audio system. fuel economy while on the motorway The after sales service... a call to ascertain that I am satisfied with the car a free check because I had a query about a noise I was not sure about All in all I had a very enjoyable experience with the staff at Jennings Stockton Thankyou

I received a very good sales service from the salesmen that attended to my requirements and appeared to go the full distance to help me. The only negative was the sales manager who gave me the impression that he did not have much time for me.

Very good salesman no hard sell, liked the idea we could test drive on our own with no salesperson siting in with us gave us a time to talk about the purchase On line valuation very honest I had already done my research on prices etc Appointment great idea Will definitely recommend to family and friends ????

Cannot fault the sales team. From initial sales team via telephone good partex price and then visiting dealership at Newcastle to complete the deal. Met sales team on arrival was shown the car and was exactly as described over the telephone. The salesman then took me through the Kuga's dials and switches and how the detachable tow bar fitted. If I was picking fault the valet team needed a word. The windscreen inside was murky and driving 250 miles home in low autumn sun is no joke. Overall I would give 9 out of 10 for the service provided on the day and would recommend the. The Gateshead team to anyone.
