“Excellent service from the minute we walked in. Professional, polite, courteous, but made us feel relaxed and really appreciated our custom. “I thought I had already written a report!! The whole process of trading in my car for the Ice Blue focus S type went extremely well. My first contact with Nichola Brown was excellent, she was most helpful. Paul Robinson then took over the exchange, he too was excellent. I must also congratulate your low loader delivery driver. He was very helpful and so enthusiastic about the car. He took a great deal of trouble in introducing the varied equipment functions within the car. Lastly my wife & I were amazed at the cars condition, it was immaculate. We are both in our eighties now but with a bit of luck might be able to take advantage of your services again in two years time! Many thanks and best wishes for the future. Bobbie & George Milnes”

“Hello the roof rack was very good quality with one exception. The end pieces are very loose and have to be secured with insulation tape. Why doesn't a rack of this quality and price come with lockable end caps, like Thule products. Are they available separately. At the moment l have to keep my bike rack on as l don't want the hassle of having to remove and retape the end pieces. With my Thule rack l would have removed the bike rack when not in use, this is not practical for the reasons explained.”

“On Thu 23rd February 2017, I got a brand new 2017 Kia Rio 1.4 litre petrol car in electric blue from Jennings Kia in Stockton and I already love it to bits and is now my pride and joy. I love the features in the car that my previous car, a Fiat Punto, did not have and I tend to use my Kia for everything now.”
