This was the easiest purchase I have had to date. My car was sourced, brought to Stockton, finance sorted and the car was mine. There was no 'hard sell' for which I was very grateful. My salesman, Martin Jones, was brilliant and did everything that was promised. Thank you Jennings.

Excellent all round service and nothing is a problem from buying a car to having it serviced to after care service. I have not had a problem with Jennings and I have used them for as long as I have owed a Mondeo estate "and I have had 5 of them" and Peter at Jennings south shields was fantastic and I wont forget to mention the lads and lasses at Jennings Washington who service my cars year in and year out... They are fantastic. Even picking and dropping my car off for me... You cant ask better than that. All round the best customer service I have ever had.

More than helpful in selling the car but after sales care is worse than anything I've ever experienced, had the car now for over 4 weeks and still no call to see if everything is ok, also had a problem with the finance and was told someone would get back to me asap...... after 9 days I thought I'd ring and just check that they hadn't lost my details!!!!! At this point I won't be buying off Jennings again

Jennings had just what I wanted in terms of detailed specification in a Ford Direct car. They were good at responding with details of the options installed. We agreed prices for trade in of my car(s) based on offers I had already had. I then sold one privately, which didn't change the deal. They agreed I could collect from the branch of my choice (important as we were traveling up from Surrey) and the change over was very easy. Didn't make a fuss about inspecting the trade in vehicle. Overall very satisfied and recommend you try them.

Very quick deal done,very professional.no real hassle,the car I bought had a power fault on start off,stated it would be fixed on check over,before delivery,but still has fault,the previous customer had the same complaint?

Great face to face service when purchasing new vehicle only to find out a couple of weeks later my finance had not been settled with pervious company. This meant many phone calls for me to make to my finance company and yourselves until it was sorted which isn't easy when working a 7 day week. After complaining about my issue it was sorted fairly promptly however not in the allocated time for it not to of affected my credit score. Discussed this with management whom was supposed to get back in touch with me the following day...still waiting.

From start to finish the service and advice received was excellent. The salesperson was very polite and knowledgeable and the trade in and purchase went through with no fuss, I could not fault him at all. I have used Jennings Ford a number of times over the years for cars and having them serviced/ repaired and will continue to do so in the future.

Our salesman Ian greeted us warmly and told us about a finance offer that was occurring in two days time .we looked at a few cars and left still undecided .i then saw a car on your web site and contacted Ian and he went to fetch from another garage .we came in next day and test drove it .we got an improved offer on our part ex and decided to buy our new car .four days later Ian had all the paper work ready and we drove away .Just easy comfortable buying expierance !! Thanks

I was wary of buying a car online as I live in Oxfordshire, but needn't have worried. Extra photos and a video we're emailed to me of the car and a copy of the service book so I could see it's history. The smallest of questions were not an issue and responded to the same day. The car was in perfect used condition in delivery, with scratches pointed out to me by the sales team removed. A small dent was noticed on delivery, this was rectified at my convenience within a week. The car came with 4 new tyres and a quarter tank of fuel when off loaded from the truck. The whole purchase was smooth and easy with no pushy sales tactics - and even a Xmas card recieved from the salesman today with a note hoping alls well. I couldn't have asked for a better service, and I am very pleased with the car.

i px my car for a Mazda 3 Sport Black Jennings made the whole experience simple and took care of everything Even when my Sat Nav became faulty they got the car in and updated the programme Emily the salesperson said any problems with the car do not hesitate to phone First class service

I have purchased cars before but usually as a "couple". This time i purchased a car on my own for myself. Quite a daunting thought but I was not to have worried as the teleagent who answered my initial telephone call to the end process of collecting my newly bought car could not have ran any smoother. The salesperson, Richard was very polite, friendly and approachable. He made the purchase easier with his great customer service and attitude in all aspects of my experience. I am very happy with my car and enjoyed dealing with Jennings. Thank you.
