The sales person was fantastic, he really was knowledgeable and professional throughout without being your typical salesman and trying to force through a sale at any cost. My only issue is the vehicle itself, I was told it would go through the Jennings service department prior to me driving it away, however, the DVD player did not work, the cd multichanger does not work and now I am getting engine malfunction messages on the dash. All this and I have only had the car 2 months.

I found the service was quick and efficient when purchasing the car . When I picked the car upon the Friday afternoon I found that I was not shown through the car starting process and had to work this out by myself which was not hard to do but I thought a little more hands on would have been appreciated . Not really complaining but just a thought . thank you G eorge .W. Giles F.I.L.S.A

I recently bought a car from Jennings group. I bought it over the phone after seeing images of the car on their site. The car was for my mother who was trading her old car in. As the vehicle wasn't local all was agreed over the phone. The car was delivered to my mother's home and the old one taken away. The car was as described (with a couple of minor marks that were not declared when I asked about the condition), but overall it was fine. The service provided was very good up until this point, but to my amazement there was no follow-up call after delivery from anyone to see if we were completely satisfied. As the car was top of the range for this model it should have a full set of car mats with it from new. As the car was relatively new, I expected the original ones to be with the car, or at least some replacements, but there were none. The dealer would have been made aware of our slight disappointment had they bothered to give us a courtesy call within a week of delivery to see that all was fine. I would expect this from any reputable dealer.

Although very happy with the sales service, I was disappointed with the condition of the vehicle upon collection. If the vehicle was valeted, as promised, it was a very poor job. Sun visor dirty, small unwashed areas of paintwork, marks on upholstery, dirty mirrors, inside sills unclean etc. In addition, after completing a questionnaire shortly after purchase where these issues were highlighted no further contact from Jennings was made.

My order arrived on time but the packaging was very poor it was only in the box that the manufacturer put it in which was damaged but fortunately the item was not damaged I think the packaging needs lmproving

I didn't really deal with customer service. I purchased a product online and it was delivered in a good condition and in good time so I didn't need to contact customer services. If you consider customer services to control distribution and supply then they did a good job.

There were some initial problems in obtaining my order and I was not informed until I contacted the office to find out what had happened. However it was dealt with then very quickly and the delivery was as given. Thankyou.

I've bought parts from Jennings a few times now and they have been great. I only had one time where the partI had ordered was wrong due to the part code being wrong from the factory. One phone call later to a helpful friendly person on the other end of the phone who apologised and dealt with my order personally and in a matter of minutes the right part was on its way to me special delivery. No one can be 100% perfect and things will always go wrong. This is when the great businesses are separated from the not so good. I will definitely use them again.
