“I returned to Jennings to buy my new car as even though I've had issues in the past with work done in my old car they were quick to resolve which showed a commitment to customer service. I was a little disappointed when I first got there as the car I had enquiries about had been sold the day before! So I had to look for an alternative. I dealt with Gary and he was polite throughout even taking my requests into account to try and get me the best price. I purchased my new car and so far quite happy with everything. It's apparent that Jennings value their customers which is the first priority in my book. I could have gone elsewhere and got something cheaper but the service and care would not have been there”

“From entering the showroom we were greeted and looked after very well. Our salesman Paul Nixon was friendly,professional and very informative. He explained things very well about the vehicles we were interested in, without putting us under any pressure. So far we have been very happy with our purchase.”

“I noticed that 11 wheel stud covers were missing from my SEAT LEON after just 200 miles of driving and two weeks ownership.. Whether the covers had fallen off or were never there I do not know. However if they had fallen off, then there must be a serious weakness in the design. Nevertheless, I called Jennings and having told them what had happened after two weeks from new, I was told that Jennings could not replace them, and they were obtainable on e bay!!!!.at my expense. I found this an amazing response to a customer who had just bought a new car. I asked for the name of the service manager to take the matter further.I was told that the service manager would call me. He He DID NOT. . Four hours later, I called again and soon the deputy service manager replied and has sorted the problem in a caring and good way. I am currently waiting for replacement caps to arrive in the post. A very good end following a very bad start. Hence the average rating. As a secondary point, during purchase negotiations I tried to include a 4th and 5th year warranty but was told that this was impossible. I certainly have never received a plausible explanation as to why this was the case as it inferred that the new car I was buying was of a lower spec. I felt shut out of any further negotiation as the warranty extension option was off limits.”

“I'm based in Northern Ireland and seen new transit custom pre reg for sale with Jennings and it was miles cheaper than I could get over in NI. Dealt with IAN TORBET in Middlesbrough who went out of his way to help and is a credit to his employers. Highly recommended R.magill”

“We dealt with Ian McCluskey who was a lovely guy and very helpful. After the dealership lost the keys and I couldn't pick my car up on the date, I gave some negative feedback which I now withdraw as Ian was straight in touch to sort it out. We are now very happy customers. Thank you Ian!”

“I bought some mud flaps for my Kia Ceed, they arrived within a few days (very quick). They are genuine Kia parts at a fraction of the cost from Kia main dealer. Very very pleased will buy again.”
