“Received my blue herringbone tweed suit from J&W a week or so ago, which I'll be wearing for my wedding. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with the service and quality of the fit and cloth for the price. Luckily I lived locally enought to be able to go and get measured in person for my suit, which definitely helped- it's pretty much inch-perfect in every respect, if I had to nit-pick i'd have slimmed the trouser leg down at the thigh slightly but I really am splitting hairs. It looks and feels great. One slight downside was that given how busy the company are (and it is a new start-up, bear this in mind) my suit took about 40 days to arrive, well outside of the promised 30 days. For this, i received a knitted tie along with my suit as a thank you for my patience which was a nice touch. But if you're in a hurry, do bear this in mind. So why 5 stars? Look at the price! You're getting a good quality made-to-fit three-piece tweed suit for under £200 - which is frankly remarkable. The cloth quailty is very good, I ran it past my Dad who worked in textiles for 50 years, and he was more than happy with it. Overall, I'm extremely pleased and with that proviso around turnaround time, I'd recommend this compnay to anyone.”

“We ordered 5 made-to-measure suits for the groom and his groomsmen to wear at our wedding. The measurements guide was detailed and clear and we were delighted with the suits when they arrived in good time. We'd definitely recommend Jennis & Warmann- great value compared with other tailors and a top quality product!”

“Excellent quality suits and good customer service. I sent in my own measurements and the suit arrived in good time and fits like a glove. I went back to get some more waistcoats to match and this was no trouble at all. All round to service, would happily recommend.”

“I have only recently discovered J&W and I must say that first experience of them has been simply wonderful. Ordering a J&W suit online is not like your traditional "walk-in service" at the tailors, where you are measured up without having to think about it. Here, you do have to pay a little bit of attention to the size guides and chart - I found this out the hard way - as I had simply entered my sizes as I knew them! So, why do I say that they are simply wonderful - well, further to my sizing "ignorance", when I received my suit (within the timeframe promised) I found that the suit was small for me. I contacted J&W, who very kindly explained the error of my ways in simple and effective language. Subsequently they asked me to return the suit so that they can see what could be done to rectify it. Very quickly I was informed that adjusting the suit would mean losing the "looks" of it and therefore, they were going to make a new one for me (with correct sizes). This was very comforting to me ... hence why, they are simply wonderful. The craftsmanship speaks for itself - excellent. The level of service, care and attention to me is above and beyond. For this I have the highest praise for J&W - they have exceeded my expectations. I would have no hesitations in returning to J&W for more suits and also recommending them to all my friends and family. Well done J&W - long may you enjoy your growth and success. Mok Lais”

“I eventually received my order well over a month after ordering which after reading other reviews seems to be a problem they continuously have. I had to promt contact to find out what was happening and was told it was because they had a lot of orders, I feel they should of kept me better informed rather then me having to chase them. In fairness to them the suit is of good quality and fits reasonably well although it does need some adjustments which I will get done at another tailors as its now too late to send back and get back to me for the event I had planned to wear it for.”

“This website came high up on the listing when I googled tweed suit for my wedding. The website looked good and so did the suits. I done a couple of checks on the company and discovered they only started trading in 2015 and although there were some good reviews there were a couple of not so good reviews. I decided to take a risk buying the suit as it was very low cost and it looked great on the website. I also bought the suit on the basis that the website says that the suits take 25-30 days for delivery but if you contact them they can try and complete the order sooner. I emailed asking for it to be sooner and even called them to request it to be sooner. 30 days passed and I emailed asking for an update, which was ignored so I called and was given an apology that it has taken longer than expected as they are busy and I should receive it in a couple of days. I received it 34 days from placing the order. The suit came in a large box all scrunched up. To be fair the sizes seemed to be correct which I asked for and the colour of the suit was brilliant as I hoped. Due to the low cost I didn't expect too much in terms of quality (which I was happy with) or that it literally came in a massive box but the lateness, poor customer service and general lack of care by the company has forced me to purchase a dozen suits from another supplier for my wedding party. I was using this as an example before buying the others. It's a shame that the negatives from this purchase has left me not spending more money with this supplier. It is also a shame that a new company lacks simple customer care which should always come first. The bottom line with this review is don't expect too much.... But you get what you pay for.”

“I'm pleased overall with my suit. If pushed for a view on improvement I would suggest option over bottom leg trouser width. Maybe it's my age, but I'd prefer a less narrow fit.”
