“All bought jewelery pieces are fantastic and georgious. From a service perspective, I see room for improvement. Personally, I liked the even shorter communication with a jeweler maker better, that finetuned a piece for me and gave me some practical hints. I'd have expected the practical hints from the front servers (like how to get a piece off more easily, how to keep it clean and safe, what size the ring actually is having, and would be great to hear, if they know the source / origin of the gold, which would provide additional sustainability if gold sources are decided purposful). Also I felt being underestimated. It should be irrelevant who is coming in, the way they come in. The service could have bit more back to the roots, grounded way. Probably difficult to give here clear guidance, as it might be very individual feelings triggered. Just want to point out, go more relaxed, less stiff, more natural with customers. Regardless, I felt supported and trusted at any time.”

“Love the ring so much! Quality work. Cant wait till my wedding so I can finally wear it. Trip to New Zealand next year will be much better bringing the ring back to hobbiton. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.”

“Dear Jens Hansen Team, If you would have seen me when I took the ring out of the box, no words would be needed to describe my emotions. The ring is perfect and a thing of beauty, it is exactly what I have been dreaming of and hoping for. I love the shape, the rich color, the massive weight and how smooth it feels to the touch. The engraving on the inside looks super sweet and like a hidden secret (which it is)! I love that this is a hand-forged piece. Everything carries the spirit of its creation. As someone who also creates, I can confirm that this is true and that I am proud to be wearing this precious piece and honoring that spirit. Thank you very much Erin and Rebecca for answering my questions and helping me with great patience. And thank you to the Jens Hansen team for allowing me to own the most famous ring in the world. This ring is a gift from my husband, who does not care for the Lord of the Rings at all, but he deeply loves New Zealand and has been to Nelson and loves the thought that my ring comes from there 😊 .
