“Communication was fantastic and they worked with us on getting the engraving just right. And the shipping from New Zealand to the US took just about a month which was lightning fast for us. The box was beautifully wrapped and the presentation was lovely.”

“I was completely new to the process of ordering something like this and had decided to change some things ending up with the 18K version and I added engraving after my original order. I wear my ring, either on my finger or on the chain of Frodo Baggins, every single day and it is gorgeous on either. I am constantly getting compliments and even at a glance, this ring is unlike any other. Both your craftsmanship and your service are top-notch and I thank you again. This ring could not have been more beautiful if Elrond, or even Sauron himself, had crafted it so to everyone who had a hand in the process thank you.”

“This was my first time ordering such an expensive product overseas. The team at Jens Hansen emailed me regularly to provide reassurance of the security of this transaction. The website was very user-friendly, especially tailoring your ring and it’s inscription to perfection. I was ecstatic with the look and quality of the ring. My family and friends were also impressed. It’s not too often that you can merge a special occasion i.e. 20th anniversary with a story close to your heart i.e. LOTR. It truly is the one ring.”

“I ordered a One Ring movie replica in 9k red gold. First of all, I'd like to thank Halfdan and his team of craftsmen and customer service reps. They exceeded my expectations from the start. When I first placed my order, I was having difficulty with the financing method I chose for the purchase. Halfdan personally stepped in and attempted to resolve the issue. Ultimately I had to use another financing option, but I was very grateful for his efforts to try and fix the problem. As far as the ring itself, it exceeded my expectations, as well. The craftsmanship of the piece is top-notch and what one would come to expect with a world-class leader in jewelry making. I love the piece and have worn it everyday since I received it.
