“I asked if they could do a 3-digit number and was told yes, as an exception. It arrived with 2 digits. When I asked about it, they said they’d replace for free. They didn’t. They then said they’d refund my money; they didn’t. Because I had to pay on Zelle, I have no way of getting my money back. They did not respond to a Better Business Bureau complaint”
“Because of all the problems i had they supposedly gave me a free jersey, i ordered went thru as NO charge, that was 12/01/2022, i tried to track it says it left a partner location but USPS is still waiting for item to arrive at their facility, so i have no clue as to what's going on, the last jersey i received ended up being sent from a facility in New Jersey & according to jerseylkco they DON'T have a warehouse in NJ”
