“I ordered a Seiko watch and it was the best price available from my web searches. When I placed the order there was a possibility of a delay due to a stock shortage. I was called the same day and told when it would be delivered (no delay in actual fact) and it arrived when they said it would. In addition, the free offer to adjust the strap to my wrist measurement was an extra bit of valuable customer service, so it fitted perfectly upon arrival. Impressed!”

“My experience with Jewellers Ark was great. I was especially interested in one of the items they had on sale and - as I had some further questions - I dropped them an email with my queries. As I was under pressure timewise and I wanted to make sure my email had got through, I dropped them a call on the same day and - after explaining they were having some trouble with the Internet connection on the day - the person I spoke too answered all my questions in a very nice and professional manner. He also offered to send me some further pictures of the item on the following day, which he did. As a result, I purchased the item online and within the estimated time I received it in perfect conditions - I was very impressed with the excellent packaging for the item. So overall a really great experience and I would definetely recommend Jewellers Ark to everyone.”
