“I was looking for the Swatch McPattern SUOB114 watch here in the United States. It was sold out of all the stores I checked with. On a Google search Jewllers Ark was brought up, showing they had a couple still in stock. I went to the site to order one right away after emailing the company to ask if they shipped internationally. They answered promptly with a resounding YES! I went back online to order only to see there wasn't a spot to pick international shipping. So I sent a please contact me for an order request and they called within the time frame I asked to be called. What great and amazing customer service. I needed it by Christmas. I placed the order Dec 7th and received the package on the 16th. It was in perfect, immaculate condition and packed well. “Excellent watch delivered and the staff were so helpful when I rang them to enquire about it. I must admit I had not heard of Jewellersark before, so I was a little concerned before I ordered such a high value item, but their staff told me about their background of being an independent store and how they are a member of the national association of Goldsmiths, so once I checked it out I then ordered the watch. Will definitely use them again.”

“A very good experience from this jeweler. The item I purchased was the cheapest I could find and arrived very quickly with the adjust being made to the strap of the watch as promised. as they have physical stores it would be easy to return the item in person but as yet there has not been any reason to do so and by the looks of it there will not be a reason to do so in the future, Very pleased and impressed with the service.”
