“these were a gift for my mum who wanted silver studs but i wanted something different i choose these as are different and she loves them really easy to order and pay and had them sent to my mum a fab shop who if you are like me likes something different will use again”

“This was a replacement for the same bangle given to my son on his 21st birthday by his godmother and sadly lost while out skateboarding! He was gutted when he lost it and ecstatic with its replacement. Thank you.”

“I had my eye on a particular watch as a birthday gift, which Jeweller's Ark offered at a good price. I was concerned because they offered a 14 money back guarantee but I was buying this as a present which would not be given until after the 14 day period was over. After speaking with JA they agreed to extend the return period to 14 days after the birthday in question. In the event, it was an unnecessary precaution because the recipient was delighted with the watch and so there was no need to return. Good customer service and a beautiful timepiece. All in all very happy.”

“The watch is exactly what I wanted (almost - request below) - functional and unobtrusive. It arrived promptly and very well packaged. I wonder if you people could make me even happier? I'd like to replace the leather strap with a titanium (NOT steel) band. Do you have such a thing?”

“I have previously purchased a Citizen Red Arrows watch from Jewellers Ark and I wanted some flight themed cufflinks to go with them. On this occasion, as well as the last, I ordered over the phone and they were polite, helpful and efficient. I was told the cufflinks were in stock and they arrived a couple of days later.”

“First class seller, very quick delivery, excellent communication, & im delighted with the Citizen eco-drive men"s sport day-date watch i bought. The second hand is bang on every second all the way around the face as is the minute hand spot on the mark when the second hand hits the twelve position, that"s how i like a watch to be. it"s quite heavy but not overly so, you know you have a watch on your wrist let me put it that way. A fab watch & one very happy customer, what more can one say. But to thankyou Jewellers-Ark.”

“Once an initial issue with Jewellers Ark receiving the payment was dealt with I do not know what went wrong as I had confirmed the payment, other than that the produce arrived very quickly and was exactly what we ordered and works well”

“Bought a Citizen watch from them via their website. Best price I could find and yet they have a high street presence as well. Best of both worlds. This became important when there was a problem with the watch within days of buying it. It was a charging issues which was hard to demonstrate but I could take it in and allow them to test it which led to a quick resolution and a replacement. Great business model.”
