“I thought it was a lot to pay until I checked everybody else’s prices locally and the guy I spoke to was happy to give me time to do that. He didn’t try to pressure me into booking which was nice. The service was really good and the person who came took the entire wasps nest away to relocate which made me very happy. I did ring to make a query a week or so later and spoke to a Knowledgeable person and I was reassured. They seem to know what they’re doing! No complaints here. Good explanations of what to expect in the paperwork once you’ve booked too”

“Very impressed with this company which I used for a bee problem. Rang at 6pm and they attended in less than 24 hours. Their technician was courteous and very knowledgeable and paid great attention to the safety aspect of the treatment being used. “We found a dead deer in our garden on a Sunday. Despite it being the weekend, JG were very helpful on the telephone and arranged an operative to come out on the following day. He arrived at the agreed time and did the job quickly and effectively”

“The first visit I had I felt really fobbed off. I made a booking with the clarification a technician would enter my loft to get rid of a wasps nest (as a previous company I had booked said they would only treat from the outside) but when he turned up he said he was going to treat from the outside, I had already explained over the phone it was really hard to distinguish from the outside of my property where they were entering but that there was so much activity in the actual loft. The technician explain he doesn’t like getting in the loft and he wouldn’t be doing that. 2.5 weeks later (today) iv had another technician visit as the wasps remained as I knew they would have. He was amazing. Old school, not afraid of actually doing his job and getting it done. Fingers crossed the wasps should be gone this time. As I said above the first visit was a waste of time and what was carried out today should have been done in the first place. No point in having people working there that don’t want to do the job properly.”

“I checked various websites for pest controllers local to me and came across JG Pest Control. I had alot of wasp activity under a roof tile which concerned me. I rang them up and the guy visited the same day and sprayed the affected area. All done in 15 minutes. No sign of any wasps now. Well done, speedy and efficient service”
