All the products are disgusting, the plenny shakes are full of lumps and have an unpleasant taste. The plenny bar are very bad and do not make you want to eat them... And the plenny drink are also bad. Only the plenny pots are not bad. I am extremely disappointed, I had tested yfood and there is no possible comparison, they are 100,000 times better.

Product is ok for the price, what isn't ok is the constant stock and quality problems. The website also needs a complete overhaul as it doesn't function properly on mobile devices.

Their Dutch customer service sucks big time,they keep messing up orders and aren’t responding to emails. I’ve had the same order sent to the wrong address twice!! I had to pick my order up in another city. I’ve already canceled my subscriptions because of this. No more Jimmyjoy for me!!

Hey Mark, sorry to read this. Unfortunately, the first order did not go as we hoped for and when we made the new label, we accidentally used the address from the first order, so it was again shipped to the same pickup place where the first order was sent to. Sorry! My colleague contacted you this morning, so I hope we can still solve this for you!

Thanks for posting your review here! Checking the order, I see it was delivered earlier today. The delay, in this case, was because of public holidays in the Netherlands as well as in the UK during the timeframe of your shipment, nothing that could have been avoided. You already noted you will never buy again, but I would like to at least inform you to check in with us through Live Chat or via love@jimmyjoy.com for any questions or concerns you may have with your order, we will always be happy to assist you. In this case, we could have informed you of the public holidays causing a delay and that way have avoided frustration with you. We hope you are enjoying the products by now.

Hey Paul, sorry to read this. We have a little issue with the supplier of the shipping software and they lost 200-300 orders from our system. They have not been able to reclaim them all, so please send us an email via love@jimmyjoy.com and we will sort it out immediately

Passion and pistacio does not taste like they are suppost to. The powder doesent desolve into the water either. Thought i like the purpuse of the company very much and u guys have style!

Hi Matthias, Sorry for the late response to this, we had some access issues with the review platform.
