The flavor is not as strong as I'd like but other people may prefer it. It mixes very easily and uniformly compared to the other meal replacement I've tried. Billing is annoying. Usually a website will give you the best deal if 2 deals are mutually exclusive. I tried to order the 30% off October expiration with a subscription, and they instead sent me November 7th expiration (15%). If the shelf life is a year then this is about a 2-10% change in freshness. The referral and promo codes also didn't work with the subscription so I probably spent like $30 more than I wanted. I did receive the products so I don't want a refund, but I'm soured on the company. The website has a fun look but it's overly complicated. I'd recommend they try to strike something of a balance between what they've got and the Superbodyfuel website which is almost like an excel sheet.

Nice that you ask for feedback, but - as described in my previous mail - I have never received this delivery and have so far not heard back from your nor from DHL. Please give me a refund or re-send the package...

Taste is very fine however, after finding bugs in 2 out of 4 NEW bags (Mango and Pistachio) I received I can confidently say that I will not be purchasing another Jimmy Joy product after I tried to reach out via the contact form. I haven't received a response and it has been a week since I sent the form out.

This stuff is really disgusting. Quick shipping, cute packaging - tastes like chalk, no matter what flavor. I have tried vanilla, chocolate and coffee, always hoping that maybe *this* one will be tolerable, but they always taste awful. Even if you drown it in syrups and creamers or try to hide it in other foods. Super disappointed to have spent so much money and received such a subpar product.

Feeling like I wasted a lot of money. I never expect nutrition shakes to taste good, but I'm happy as long as I can get it down without any fuss. Plenny shakes have a cement like texture and a taste like rotting cardboard that made me want to puke immediately. I couldn't get past 2 sips and now I've got 3 bags of trash in my house. Sorry to the Jimmy Joy guys. I think nutrition shakes are a great way to make healthy diets more accessible, but this is not it.

The process of adding an incidental extra shipment to a subscription needs improvement. I did not see an immediate confirmation on-screen, nor did I receive a confirmation of the update that I made in my e-mail, and could not find the updated order in my account. As a result, I was not expecting the order to have come through. Please fix, otherwise great product :)

The order is set to be delivered to a Budbee Box and I see in the tracking that the last update on this was per the 8th of August. This is indeed not an acceptable timeframe and we have reached out to Budbee for this right away. As soon as we hear back from them, we will let you know right away via email.

I didn’t receive my last package. Link to dpd’s website is broken, my browser (Safari) says site is not secure. Even if you go to the site, you can’t use zipcode and tracking number to make an appointment or reroute package. Please, advice how to sort it out.
