“How it takes the better part of 2 weeks to mail something from California to Colorado is beyond me, but when it finally arrived it didn't have a scooper... yes I tried the knife trick. Now making a shake involves getting out a scale and the tuperware. First and last time for me.”

Hi Chris! Apologies for the inconvenience of having to wait for your order for 2 weeks. There have been disruptions in that logistics process on the side of the shippers there in that period and unfortunately we have seen longer times for the deliveries than we usually see. I checked back on our end and see no contact moment with our customer care team, it would have been better to check in with them for this when you had the concern, we could then maybe be of assistance. The scoop is not included with the order you placed and for that reason also not added to the order. Of course we would have loved to make that right with you and offer to add one to a future order but you already noted it was a one off because of these issues, we are sorry to hear it. At least, here are some tips to measure correctly without the scoop, I know you find a way in it already but maybe we can make it a little easier still. - You can weigh the powder with a scale. 96-100 grams is 400 Kcal. if you know how much you want to eat, you can easily measure it. - 96-100 grams is also 7,5 tablespoons. - Or filling up the shaker with powder to just under the 200ml mark provides approx. 400 Kcal meal. Sorry for the inconvenience once again, thanks for giving it a shot.

“I haven't really tried other brand alternatives to Plenny Shake but I'm really satisfied. I often used to starve long hours throughout the day and then pack up on really heavy fast-food meals or on the other days binge eating the whole day. Either I was too depressed or lazy to prepare something healthy or couldn't actually decide on what I even want to eat. Now I just make myself a shake that's quick, easy to gulp and relatively tasty and don't have to worry about looking for a personalised diet to cover all essential nutrients.”

“Hello Jimmy Joy community. I have been using the shakes for about 3 years now. I buy the chocolate and caffeine ones and use 1 scoop of each in a shake for both my breakfast and lunch. I started using Jimmy Joy shakes after lots of 'research' into the sustainability and pureness of ingredients in products out there and chose Jimmy Joy as they seemed to be quite on the ball with these aspects. The only reason I decided to have shakes as a meal replacement was because I was actually wasting food and money. I would make lunch and then when the time came to eat it I would not really fancy what I had made, so would end up buying something different. I add chia seeds to the shakes and drink them over about 30 minutes. I find this method keeps me fuller longer. The process of making them is so simple and quick and this works well for me on a morning, plus I don't have to pre plan my meals or shop for ingredients at the last minute. The ordering process is simple and the shipping updates are regular. I do find them good value for money. I follow the diabetes recommended Carbs &Cals diet (even though I do not have diabetes) and these are great for both carbohydrate content and calorie content. They are now just a normal part of my diet and make my working life simpler. The shakes and scoops as well as the packaging are all made recyclable plastic so that's another tick for sustainability. My only gripe is that they are not available in sharper flavours like lemon or lime. The shakes (apart from the caffeine ones) are all very sweet sounding.”

“Mixed berries taste great. The coffee one not so much - it lacks 'real' coffee flavour. Overall, an easy meal replacement. I add icecubes in the shaker, to get the mix really cold. The delivery was a hazzle. Why use a door delivery company, instead of a pick-up point delivery which is so much more convenient.”
