“Awesome stuff, although I did not directly like all flavors I have order, they all really help getting my day started. Prepped quickly and tasty and nutricious start which I would otherwise skip a bit too often.”

“I found several flavors with great taste. Vanilla is a classic, special mention to mango. The cinnamon bar is amazing, as well as the sea salt caramel one. I mostly use the meal for lunch during workday, and it really help me enjoy my break at the fullest, using the saved time for sport and other activities. I also love the no-frill buying process. Time saver all around.”

“I am committed to Jimmy Joy for their Plenny Bars. I've already consumed 4 boxes or so. I've had a selection box twice, so I can share my personal verdict: My favourite flavours: Vanilla, Salted Caramel, Cherry, Chocolate (I like it, yet for chocolate fans this bar may be not chocolatey enough) 2 flavours I won't opt for anymore: Apfelstrudel (tastes artificial to me, similar to some apple candies); Almond & Fig (I love both almonds and figs, but this bar... not for my tastebuds) Overall, the bars are more dry than moist and aren't too sweet - all works for me :) Another thing is that I enjoy them more when they're cold, from the fridge. It took me a while to get used to Plenny bars: I started by eating half per day (and it was giving me bloating for the first few weeks). Later I increased to a whole bar, and now I can even eat 2 bars within a day without any discomfort. The bars are perfect for travelling! I took them on my recent trip and was having one as a meal replacement + 2 halves for snacks. When time is precious it's so good to fuel up quickly and continue the exploration!”

“Ik voel me als de hoofdpersoon in een moderne tragedie, een Griekse held die vastzit in een eindeloze lus van bezorgpogingen. Mijn bestelling van jullie heerlijke producten lijkt verstrikt te zijn geraakt in een epische queeste waarbij zelfs Odysseus zou zeggen: "Doe effe normaal." Na vier bezorgpogingen, ben ik begonnen te geloven dat mijn pakket ofwel het middelpunt van een kosmische grap is, of dat mijn woonplaats stiekem een geheime schatkaart heeft waar Budbee geen weet van heeft. In plaats van te genieten van mijn overheerlijke Jimmy Joy-producten, voel ik me als een personage uit een komische film, vastgeketend aan mijn voordeur in afwachting van de bezorger vanBudbee die blijkbaar in een parallel universum ronddwaalt. Ik overweeg zelfs een signaleringslicht met de tekst "Hier wacht een hongerige ziel op voedsel van Jimmy Joy" aan te schaffen. Desondanks ben ik vastbesloten mijn humor niet te verliezen. Jullie verzoek om een review kon dan ook niet op een beter moment komen, als een ironisch hoogtepunt in mijn heldenverhaal. Misschien kunnen jullie overwegen om een bezorgpartner te kiezen die navigeert met kaarten van deze eeuw of bezorgers in dienst heeft die niet bij het eerste spatje regen de bezorging annuleert. Dus, lieve Jimmy Joy, ik moedig jullie aan om een ander bezorgbedrijf te omhelzen. Wie weet, misschien is er een team van koeriers daarbuiten dat mijn huis wél weet te vinden, en kan ik vervolgens jullie produkt wél op waarde schatten. Met hongerige groeten, Sander”

“The goal of having a meal with nutrition and minerals for a reasonable price will be met however don't expect it to be bursting with flavour. The flavours are disappointing, to say the least as the main flavour is that of oats with a hint of the flavour you want to taste. I bought the banana and passion fruit flavours so I can't speak to the others but even the plenny bar I received with the product which was supposed to taste like cherry had no semblance of it, I would fail to separate most flavours in a blind taste test. The Banana shake was the best product and had the most taste in my opnion.”

“I have not received the package yet. So yeah: 1) Dpd is a very questionable delivery service and its not the first time ive encountered an issue with them, so apperantly you forgot to add my phone number to their system? So they flagged the delivery as "lacking delivery information" or something along those lines, and i had to call their customer support(because they dont check their support emails) so that they would add the phone number to the delivery address(as there's no way to add the phone number manually even with a valid account on their website) so yeah, very questionable.”

“I ordered a large box of different products and it's all good but it's just good the savory meals are a little bland could do with some spicy and hot ones real winter warmers you know stick some chillys in there spice it up a bit. Other than that its tasty and keeps me full for the afternoon.”

“Quite expensive for what it is. The taste of the shakes is ok but the consistensy is super grainy. Basically feels like your drinking flour and upon reading the ingredients list thats just what it is. Flour with sunflower oil and added vitamins The meal bars are good tho”

As for the Plenny Shakes, the grainy texture could be due to not shaking it enough. Using a blender can also help to make it smoother. Regarding the price, our meals come down to as low as €1,52 per meal, which is quite affordable considering they are nutritionally complete. But we respect your opinion, thank you for your feedback!

“Finally better shipping options to Sweden! I've ordered in the past and pretty much every time I've not gotten it delivered home, and instead to some random service point, even though both you (JJ) and the delivery company said it should be delivered to the door. As an important side note, it is not hard to deliver to my door, like it's not hard to find or anything special/odd, no other company has issues. So, now that I can actually have these heavy boxes delivered home as intended, I'll be ordering more often. So thank you for that.”

“Good option when you cannot cook. I have used the ready made shakes in the last years of my husband's illness. With his death I find myself with no moyivstion to cook. I returned to Jimmy Joy as it does what it says in the tin. It nourishes so helps mood and reduces unhealthy eating or cravings. I will see if I rise to using the powder as the ready made are expensive for me but in terms of value its just my budget that is the issue not necessarily the price point. Lots of reasons people need a product like this. I wish doctors and clinicians knew to recommend this. My son is a marathon runner and I was referred by him. Thank you”
