“All the shakes are great. My only suggestion would be to work on the zip closure on the bags. They always end up ripping off and become unable to seal at some point. No issues with the product within. Love it”

“Loved all the products I tried: shake, pot and bar. All flavours at at least good, some are amazing like Lemon Pie shake and Cherry bar. I have only one meal a day that is not Plenny. My only wish is that they all had more protein.”

“Good variety of flavours. In all the time that, I have been using them, they have been very good in customer service. There have been 2 separate hiccups in picking and packing, but each time, they were very quickly responded to and resolved the issue. Can't ask for better than that.”

“Plenny shakes are the best snack I could think and I've managed to cut off snacking junk food for the most part since starting to use them a few years back. The flavors are sometimes a bit hit or miss, but once you find your favorites (can you really go wrong with chocolate for example?) and learn to customize them with eg. choco powder, they're something you can even anticipate on. Living with a student budget, these have always been a very welcome food for me.”

“Good tastes all around but Lemon Pie is a favorite. I use it in the morning instead of breakfast and feel my self less hungry for a longer time.”

“The overall shopping experience from JimmyJoy was delightful as always; however, I noticed you have sent the package via UPS this time. I must confess this was one of the worst delivery services I have experienced. It took them more than a working week to deliver the package; they failed to deliver on the expected arranged day (so I missed a whole working day staying at home for nothing and waiting for the package that did not arrive at all); they failed to receive and response to my request asking them to deliver the package to a pick-up point and just randomly brought the package to my house next day without any notice (I was lucky my girlfriend was accidentally at home and received the package). Also, their customer service had zero response; I tried contacting them numerous times, and nobody answered. Long story short, I never had such an experience when you sent the packages via PostNord.”

I'm really sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy the Mac and Cheeze Plenny Pot. Taste can be very subjective and it's not always easy to please everyone's palate. “Customer service was great. The hot meals are very convenient. However I don't reach for it often since I am not so fond of any of the 3 flavours I tried so I am sharing it with others. It is nice to have as a healthy backup though instead of reaching for instant Noodles or ordering takeout.”

“- It's ridiculously expensive, especially considering the ingredients. I'm constantly angry that animal-based alternatives are always so much cheaper. - The subscription model they want to enforce on you is aggravating. - My neighbors probably believe that I constantly order bulk loads of adult toys. Who came up with 'Jimmy Joy'? Considering, that might be more on the plus-side, actually. + It's the only nutrition powder with a good protein content that tastes ok and somewhat natural. And not like chemical waste with stevia, like every other product I tried.”

“To be honest the fact it took 2.5 weeks to turn up was annoying? (I missed an email from them about my phone number? Did I?? They never emailed what I can see and didn’t chase) The product is not good, in a world of adding water to power- texture is king. This is tasteless (apart from odd chemical taste) it’s like a yellow liquid that is neither thick or thin. I have bought it to try something other than Huel. I would like to add the customer support i have received had exceeded any I have had from any other company. Top marks on helping me out.”

“Not bad, not good. The shakes do not taste bad, but they also don’t taste that much at all (I have been mixing with water). I have a big apetite and do not find these to be satiating at all, but your mileage may vary.”

I'm sorry to hear that you're not completely satisfied with the shakes. Mixing them with a plant-based milk or regular milk instead of water could enhance the taste and make them a bit more filling. You could also try the Plenny Pots, which are more like traditional meals and might be more satiating for you

Since you did not order the FREE scoop, we did not add it to the order. We asked to add multiple scoops to a next order, gave you a lot of tips how to prepare the shakes without one/ We're very sorry, but we are not going to put another strain on the environment for you not ordering a scoop. “Wild beeries is 10/10 delicious Lemon pie tastes like lemon pie, but is a bit to 'floury'. Great to add into cakes but TOO authentic for me ¦) 4/10 And please don't ship with GLS those people sent my package back because I wasn't at home, no note, nothing. Still, it's the first shake that doesn't taste gross, like 0/10 would drow away gross. So thank you.”
