“I already ordered a few boxes a while back, they are as I remember: * They do not provide the satisfaction of a regular meal, but the taste is alright, especially when mixing flavor (chocolate + coconut works best) * Doing the initial water/powder mixing with a utensil (I usually use a metal chopstick) rather than shaking directly avoids lumps * Letting it sit for a few minutes (usually 5 to 10 minutes) helps a LOT with texture, and makes it creamier * During periods when I struggle with food too much (on quantity & balance), it helps me a lot. As soon as hunger starts to appear, I just prepare my shake, drink it, and it's done, my mind can focus on something else. or just rest, that's nice too.”

“I decided to try Jimmy joy products because sometimes I don’t have time to cook. And I wasn’t sure that I really would have enough energy after my meal. But it really works. I really like taste of a pistachio shake, plenty drink and bars (only apple strudel I didn’t like)”

“Customer stwas effective, kind and helpful. Tried only the korma rice until now and didn't like it. I smelled like garlic all day, too many spices. I'm not gonna eat it again nor give it to anyone else, just gonna throw it away. Hope the Satay noodles will be better, I ordered them but received a wrong item instead so now waiting for the second delivery. I also found it annoying when I got a discount for the first order but you can't use it if you make a repeating order, only for one time purchase.”

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience with the Korma Rice. We do try to create a variety of flavours to appeal to different tastes, so I hope you'll find the Satay Noodles more to your liking. I understand your frustration about the discount only applying to one-time purchases. We offer this as a way to introduce new customers to our products, but we also have discounts for long term customers (and most of the one-time codes can be updated by us to use with subscriptions). “I was going to say that it tastes awful. It feels like sand with water and flavor. But since I started using milk instead of water. Uffff now is great I love it. I think the nutritional value is there and is up to each one find the best way to test it”

“I’ve been using Jimmy Joy for several years now and it’s great. The new lemon pie is great! I love it! I use it almost everyday to have a extra lunch to try to increase my weight or when I don’t want to cook. Very recommended!”

Thanks for your review and feedback! We indeed changed the shipper for our German customers recently from DHL to GLS. That change means we can no longer ship to DHL pack station points at the moment but with GLS it will still offer the option for shipping to a pickup location from GLS, we hope that will allow you to sort out the deliveries the way you want still. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.

We see there has been contact with our customer care team for this one as well, happy to see you reached out to us for this. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by the shipper not delivering as you expected. We of course are responsible as we offer this service to our customers but we have no power over the way things go when they have the packages in possession as you will no doubt understand. We will do our very best to sort things where needed if these situations make for an issue with the order and I see the complaint was logged for our supply chain manager accordingly. Let's assume it will be fine next time around, but if not, please let us know so we can check in with the shipper on your behalf and get it sorted.

“They lack any kind of quality control. I've just opened the last shipment and one of the bags, which has been 2 weeks late, was opened. It's not the first time but it's the last, I will switch to Huel completely, that are still to send me a broken one.”

We have made sure this will be followed up on accordingly with the details you provided, thank you! We do have quality control of course, but this issue was caused by shipping, the bag broke because it was likely not packed in the right way and was able to move around during transit. Through the contact with our customer care team, a refund will be confirmed for the broken bag as well as something for the inconvenience caused. We very much hope your future experiences are better ones, but if not, we are here to assist where needed.
