Hoi Maxim, Dat nemen we wel degelijk en ik vind het jammer dat na ons contact je toch de noodzaak voelde om hier nog een review over te plaatsen, maar dat is je goed recht natuurlijk. Er is een proces dat gevolg moet worden als er iets met een zending is, zoals bij die van jou. De verzender moet een onderzoek starten en wij zullen dat moeten afwachten voor er duidelijkheid over de situatie is en we een passende oplossing kunnen bieden. Zoals aan je beloofd, houden we het in de gaten voor je en zullen we in contact treden zodra we meer weten. In de hoop dat het nu wel aankomt, dank ik je voor je geduld en begrip in deze. Wat er ook aan de hand blijkt te zijn, wij nemen de verantwoordelijkheid wel degelijk daarvoor en zullen zorgen dat je of schadeloos gesteld wordt of alsnog het pakket ontvangt, maar dat dus even afwachtend op het antwoord van de verzender.

“Hi Jimmy Joy, This was the first time that I have tried Jimmy Joy's products in particular the Shake/meals substitute and all I can say is that I'm more than happy with my purchase... the taste is really good and not ''too'' strong ( cause sometimes some flavors can be a bit too much); The salty caramel and the passion fruit are two great choices. They are easy to blend and I find the consistency is fine. It will take less than 2 minutes to make a simple shake and you will be full and without hunger cravings for quite some hours. Perfect and Easy.”

“I've tasted the caramel and wild berries flavors, and it's my favorite flavors, my boyfriend bought banana, coconut and apple cinnamon which did not convince me (apple cinnamon has too much cinnamon and i cannot drink one fully without forcing myself). But as i've said the caramel and wild berries flavor are really good !”

“The taste is good enough, given the type of product. Wild berries is the best in my view. Super practical, efficient and cheap as quick lunch at office when you don’t have time to go out! Highly recommended!”

“I have for breakfast the shake, snack I have half a bar for lunch I have the tikka malsa, afternoon I have the rest of my bar and dinner I have soup ❤️🥰I started out at 72 kilo in three weeks I’m now 67.7 which I’m feeling fantastic…I love the flavours of all the food and shakes so far can’t wait to try different flavours!!being vegetarian I find it hard to hit all my vitamins with this I don’t have to worry”

“Plenny Shake is the perfect meal replacement powder for me! It’s very affordable when compared to competitors, but is also nearly 0 sugar and packed with vitamins and nutrients. And also, as opposed to some popular brands, I actually enjoy the taste and don’t feel like I’m choking it down! It’s become a healthy part of my routine because I know if I have a Plenny Shake I’m replacing a meal I would have either had to spend time effort and money shopping for the ingredients, or the unhealthy huge waste of money that is delivery or quick processed food.”

“Dear Jimmy Joy Team, I started with your product just a short time ago. I am not doing this to loose weight, but wanted to add more quality to my food, especially for starting the day with your shake (I left out breakfast most days) and during business trips with your bars and drinks, as this was normally the time for unhealthy junk food. Indeed I have to say, that your shake, bar and drink count as a meal in the meaning of feeling full. But to be honest, I was hoping for a more tasteful product. Yes, I understand that it is difficult to produce food that is healthy, only consists of natural ingredients and is low of sugar and fat but tastes delicious. Probably my taste is still influenced by not-so-healthy food. So I definitely have to find a way to improve taste, without adding unhealthy ingredients but would be very thankful, if you are also looking for ways to improve your product in its taste. Right now, the imagination of being an astronaut helps me a lot to get along with the taste, but right now, it is definitely no fun. “I compared a few products on the market and chose JimmyJoy for my first order because of the price. After the taste also convinced me after the first delivery, I stuck with it. In the meantime I have completely switched my breakfast to shakes and I also have a PlennyPot for lunch 2-3 times a week. I feel good and it tastes good - that's the main thing for me :)”
