“I ordered two flower girl dresses at 70.00 apiece. They were very pretty, but both of them are so long that I have to spend another 65.00 apiece to get them cut off and hemmed.”

“JJ's house is the place to stop and stay a while. They have what seems like limitless, gorgeous options. I have ordered bridesmaids dresses for 2 weddings with 5 & 6 bridesmaids who have all ordered from JJ's as well. The first wedding we all ordered our own style with the same color. There were absolutely no issues and the dresses l looked gorgeous together. The second wedding was all the same dress all the same color and it flattered all 6 sizes and looked amazing on everyone. Thankful we had the option to order through JJ's. I did have to return the second bridesmaids dress for some fraying and a small stain. But the return went very smoothly and they notified me when they received the return and refunded my account. My mom also did and At-Home-Try-On with 3 different dresses for her Mother of the Groom dress and the whole entire process was smooth and stress less. The hardest part is waiting for your items to arrive!!! But items always arrive promptly and what a joy to see that package! We HIGHLY recommend JJ's house for all of your wedding, prom or formal needs.”

“I was a little skeptical about ordering a wedding dress off an app on my phone however it came very highly recommended and so of course I downloaded it and was looking through the dresses and stumbled across the one that I found and it is an absolutely gorgeous dress and honestly unlike anything I thought I would wear on my wedding day but I was just so excited about it! Of course it did take some time for it to get to me which is expected it's a wedding dress after all. But anytime I had questions or concerns or needed to speak to somebody on the support staff everyone was so incredibly helpful and kind and understanding and each and every one of them went out of their way to make sure that my order was exactly as I wanted it to be and they even sent me a garment bag with it at no extra charge! Sadly I did unfortunately end up getting incredibly ill and due to that illness I ended up losing nearly 100 lb and the dress no longer fits me but I'm on the hunt again! 15/10 DO RECOMMEND!”

“I am pregnant and needed to order a bridesmaid dress. I needed to order 2 dresses so I could see which one fit my new body best. Their website clearly states they have a worry-free return policy that says you are able to make a return up to 14 days after receiving your online order. So I placed my order with 2 dresses. They emailed me and REFUSED to process my order until I pick one dress… despite their policy. I don’t have time to order a dress….return it (if it’s doesn’t fit) and order another one. This has been the worst customer service experience. I am still in shock. Do not shop here.”

“Thank you JJshouse for my lovely dresses. I bought a few casual ones and 3 evening ones. Had to return one due to the unsuitable fit. Although I had to remind the company about package being returned, the error was rectified immediately without any delay and the refund was issued. The materials used in the dresses were described accurately with some even better than it appeared on the photos. Satisfied with the construction and quality which were as it appeared on the photographs provided. Looking forward to wearing the dresses as a wedding guest!”

“I purchased my bridesmaid dresses here separately. This one came even more quickly than the last, and it's beautiful again! I will need to hem it, but that is to be expected as I did not order custom sized, and they have that extra length in to fit a range of heights. My only reason for four stars is that I'm not sure if this is a review for just the dress or the business as a whole. I did buy a dress that I was going to wear for my bridal shower and rehearsal dinner, but it just didn't fit right, which was disappointing. But as a whole, I'd recommend JJsHouse for relatively inexpensive formal wear. My only request to JJsHouse...please add more bridesmaid/semi-formal dresses with high necks and backs and sleeves!”
