On January 26, I placed an order for a dress that my wife wanted to wear to our grandson's wedding on March 16, 2025. I obviously did something wrong. Because I have not received and notification from your company. The cost of the dress appears on my Discover credit card and is $179.57. That indicated that you received the order and payment but I do not have any way to track the order. My name is Marvin Dale Rogers. I have read that JJsHouse has a bad size guide. I therefore approached them to ask them if my dress could be custom made since I ordered a UK 12 size (although I am 10 but given the size guide I chose 12) but they wanted to charge me extra for that. Given the bad unbiased reviews I chose not to. I am still waiting for the size 12 dress, so I wonder if someone else had a similar experience ordering a size 12 when you are actually 10. Kind regards,
