“I’ve not had the best experience with this brand which is a shame as I know loads of people rate them. Placed my first order which turned up quite quick but one pair of jeans had a broken zip and the other pair was the wrong size so sent back via Post Office. Didn’t hear from them for a while so emailed to ask if they’d received my order back and when would the replacements be sent out. Lots of back and forth via email to say they didn’t have the parcel etc and needed a tracking number which the post office didn’t give me so couldn’t give it. Asked for a refund and ended up with a gift card of the amount I’d spent originally. Have now used the gift card to buy one of the original pairs of jeans I wanted and a mystery box and these haven’t turned up either after more than two weeks! Sent an email asking where my order was and didn’t get a reply. Very poor service!”

“I spent $200 on 4 tshirts from this company and i didn’t receive them even after 2 months and when i emailed them they told me they’re gonna dispatch a new one for me which was just BS! They didn’t refund my money either smh”

“I ordered a “make your attire box” delivery was very quick and clothes were very nice I love the material. The shorts I ordered were probably my favourite honestly so comfortable ❤️ Can’t say I’m not pleased.”

“They sent me the wrong clothes, I ordered a tracksuit and they sent me two sweatshirts one of the sweatshirts was in a bad labelled for joggers so therefore the packing quality and reliability is terrible. I have emailed them and have not heard anything back yet I would strongly advise not ordering from this company”

“I order my item 27 April for my son birthday still didn’t receive my item it’s happened second time they give trucking number which is saying waiting to they to receive parcel , it’s really bad customer service I sent email two time no responding no contact number .I paid by PayPal now I open case waiting for them to respond hopefully PayPal can do something for me .”

“Terrible customer service. I placed an order with 2 day shipping on the 21st April. I was sent a tracking number via the confirmation email. It Is now the 3rd of may I have sent 3 emails asking for and update and not one reply. The items still haven’t arrived so for me this is a bad experience and terrible customer service. Basically feels like they stolen money”

“I have placed an order 2 weeks ago (on the 22nd of April). However, this order has still not been shipped yet. Also, the contact form on the website has been removed. This is very unfair to customers. I would not recommend JK Attire at all. Be aware!”

“Not sure what happened with the courier but I've got refunded. Refund process was quick and easy and was offered a exchange in clothes as they didn't have what I originally ordered in stock. Could be better but glad the refund was easy. Will be ordering again as the style of clothes are 2nd to none.”
