“I have still not received my order😡”

“Have not received my order, ordered beginning of December, desperately trying to contact your company despite sending several emails no response,, absolutely appalled by the customer service or lack of it I should say. These are Christmas presents and I ordered in plenty of time, spent around £80 and have not received any items, I am going to have a very disappointed daughter at Christmas!! Sent another email to you this morning, still no response, yet ironically you send me an email asking for a review!!!! Please sort my order out and get it delivered to me!! This is copy of my last email I sent: Good morning, Order number- 146487 Please could you urgently respond to me on my missing order which Hermes apparently received on Wednesday 8th December! I still have not received it, I have emailed you several times and no one is responding to my emails! There is no phone number to contact you on and I am getting desperate now as the order contains Christmas presents! Please see below for the email I sent you responding to an item being out of stock, I emailed you back and since then I have had no communication fro you, I am now at a loss as to where my parcel is and desperately need you to sort this out for me! I also need to know what is happening about the item which is apparently now out of stock as I ordered a while ago and wasn’t notified earlier, this item is for a Christmas present therefore I be grateful if this matter prioritised and looked into as soon as possible and the order to be sent out to me via a courier/fastest delivery. The total of the order is approx £80 and not an amount I can afford to loose! “Ordered some clothing and still waiting for it to be delivered. Still apparently in transit to Hermes 2 weeks later. Wish I had read reviews before take your money and don’t receive what you ordered”

“Ordered on the 2nd of December, it’s now the 20th December with no update as to where my order is even after two emails sent to the team. Lack of communication and accountability, really do regret spending money here, requested for a refund, and was ignored completely. Huge huge mistake, avoid if you can.”

“I have not yet revived my order I placed on the 3rd of December after it said 2-3 days delivery no one can tell me when it’s coming! I have revived the same email word for word 3 times from your staff. Worst customer service I have received for a long time and I will not be making another purchase with this company. Very unprofessional!”

“Quality of the T-Shirts are good. But waiting since 28th for my jacket… „it doesn’t take longer than the 10th of next month.. mhm today is the 20th no response from the support, the founder said he „fix“ the problem. I give them 48 h at now otherwise I will go to refund my money.”

“I placed an order which was processed and paid for on the 29th November (£80) Had confirmation of dispatch and would be delayed but delivered by Hermes by 10th December. I have not received it. When I go to try tracking it takes me to order confirmation. I emailed last Wednesday - no response.”

“Don’t order from here you will not recieve your order and will get scammed. And the customer services are unresponsive now I’m going to get a refund from my credit card holder as these people aren’t doing anything about it”

“Ordered over two weeks ago for 2-3 day delivery and still no parcel! Contacted twice now asking where it was and was just told that there was a slight delay! A slight delay is a couple days not over two weeks!!”

“Part of my order was missing. No one communicated this to me. When questioned I was asked to select an alternative item as the other was out of stock: I have emailed several times without any response and the item has still not arrived nearly a month later. Would not recommend.”
