“They have the most trashy costumer service you can imagine. I ordered some clothes almost 2 months ago which should be delivered in a week. I contacted the costumer service and kept promising me everything. Now two months later.... no package ... no refund...nothing.”

“The tracksuits I purchased are not true to size. Definitely not designed for women with curves. So I won’t be able to buy anything for my bottom half here so pointless. Took forever to issue my refund then I get a gift card which I will never be able to use as this site is for non curvy people. All in all not happy”

“Really bad customer service, I returned some item for size 2 months ago, I have emailed them so many times with proofs of posting and pictures of the package , everything but always reply same , we are working on your process but still have not received the refund So definitely not very trusted. Clothes could be nice and quality but bad dealing in customer service make it not very reliable . Won’t let them with my refund”
