“Paid for some jeans which I sent back as they was the wrong size. Then ordered the correct size which showed up not the size I ordered so had to pay to send that back also and asked for a change of size for no jeans in return nor a refund then got a £14.99 for the original jeans I paid £18 to get to me and no refund or anything for the other. I’ve lost a lot of money in this process and will not be buying again. I’ve now got a gift card for less than I paid which I will not use and no money back for anything or jeans.”

“Ordered for next day delivery my item didn’t arrive until 3/4days later. Upon being confronted about the situation Alex continuously claimed in various emails to be working on my situation. Clearly not we’ll experienced in good customer service and communication. Any issues will be prolonged or ignored.”

“Customer services has been appauling, item was not as described the sized was completely out and when explaining this to customer services being told i should have read their online size chart!! we did and the top which arrived wasn't as explained in the size chart! no returns label was included in the parcel so was advised to pay for returning the item and i would be refund i i supplied proof of return cost and i still don't have this and i am being blamed saying i should have read the size order. customer service for this company is terrible!!!!”

“Customer service is terrible. I received a faulty item so I sent it back for an exchange. Took 4 weeks of back and forth emails for them to process it. And even then, they just refunded me the money instead of sending me a replacement. They refunded me the sale price of the joggers I brought it for. But now the joggers are not on sale and our double the amount. Really shocking service. I love the clothes from this shop, but this situation has made me not want to buy from them again incase I need to send something back again. Because they really will not deal with it proffesionally or efficiently. Save your money and your time.”

“Better hope you receive the correct item. Like roulette with the company. Received the wrong item over 6 weeks ago and are refusing to give me a refund, say they're only willing to give me a gift vouchers, so basically been scammed out of my money. Literally beg no one to purchase from here. The owners benefiting of peoples hard earned money.”
